VASA FitnessReviews of vasafitness.com

Was once great but with new management, the place (Indianapolis) has gone completely downhill. Corporate seems to care more about opening new clubs then maintain the standards in the ones they already have.

About 2 weeks ago I was on a treadmill, which is close to the front, when this woman came in yelling at all the staff. I thought she was a drunk that they were going to call security on. She was the MANAGER! (Andy? Amy? something like that) screaming at her entire team because some big wig from corporate was coming. She grabbed a broom away from one of the young girls, yelling that she was doing it wrong. I saw her break a young lady down to tears for no reason. I thought the woman who was crying was the manager. Why would you destroy the morale of your team before some hot shot comes? The gym is always clean and they never have machines down. The huge assortment of equipment is why I go there. The staff up front acts like they're too good to bother with you. They group together and chat or look at each others phones, and then act like you're the jerk because you need them to do their job. Any company that allows this kind of behavior from management is not a place I'm going to support. I've canceled my membership.

Well, I’m not very just satisfied right now. On the way to the vasa. Gym is being ran on Federal the pool is had several problems very cold dirty. The outside of the gym is round pretty well and kept pretty clean but as far as the pool maintenance and keeping the water at 83° and has been broke for over three weeks this is in Denver Colorado 7353 federal Boulevard.

Gym was good, but I have been try for two months to cancel my membership. No way to cancel on my app, no way to cancel online. No rep called me back, no emails returned. I keep calling and emailing them but nothing.

As you read this keep in mind the two stars would be five if this company was not steeped in constant feeding lies and deception toward their customer base. Gym itself great! All kinds equipment activities amenities. Then there is the management and staff. In the over two years continuous I was a member while living in CO, then relocation to GA for work. I of course had to cancel my membership. We'll get to that... Argh!!!! During my time at this gym there were few times where I had to change my membership level. Every time I had to do this it came at a cost. Which if told about it, I'd have no problem with. Financially each time I could have planned for. The 1st time staff member completely omitted this fact. Came back later brought it up, without saying it the outright I was told we don't care. 2nd, time I was offered an increase to a studio red at ZERO cost to me expect for the increased membership price upon next month payment. Specifically asked about the price guarantee fee $50 based on the prior experience. The guy right-out lied to my face. even Staffer had audacity to emotionally play off my veteran status. Low common dominator of human. Brought it up again after a surprise VASA charge one day on my account. Staff looked at me like I was A-Hole for bringing it up. To save money I eventually lowered my membership to lowest level. I knew I was about 2 eat the cost to SAVE money after being deceived and lied to the first tow times. Now canceling, ready to relocate. Went into my home gym location over one full month prior to my moving. Staff member told me to my face, "You been with VASA for over six months it cost zero for you to cancel." "Come in before the end of your final billing cycle and go online and cancel it." Did exactly that, low and behold the again lies and deception. They processed a new payment before my new cycle date and as I was cancelling. NO F'ING refund! Paramount a none VASA company does all their support bidding.

The VASA on 115 in Colorado Springs has had broken equipment for over four months!! Why are new gyms being built when the current facilities equipment can’t even be maintained?? This needs to be corrected especially when we are charged annually for maintaining the facilities and equipment

What used to be a gym with availability for classes and machines has quickly become an example of corporate greed. How many members do you possibly need? Since January, classes are full and it's hard to sign up at peak level classes such as 6 am. In addition, so many people are flaky, and don't show up, taking spots from people who are consistent about showing up. Instructors are great, and it's too bad that less than a year since the gym has been open, I have to look for a gym where I can get a work out in.

Water leaking in from the roof several places in the gym in East Colfax in Aurora. They kept mopping it up but that was difficult on the green carpet. Now the green carpet stinks like mold. It’s a disgusting smell. They just want the smell to go away but it’s not. This is not a safe situation!! Reported it to the desk who was wearing a mask because of the smell!!!!
