VASA FitnessReviews of vasafitness.com

Pretty clean but staff over friendly. I feel like I am stealing every time I walk in there because I don’t hang out with staff enough when I am in there but I get a good workout anyway, Always seems like a party on the front end. Ignoring it out right just makes me fell so guilty about using the place.

Horrible customer service! I sent an email and have all correspondence documented trying to cancel my account in February and they are still billing me. I have corresponded via email 10 times and the team is very incompetent and they still can't get it right. I was told they would cancel and refund the month they misbilled me. They charged me another month and didn't refund my money. The worse part is that every time I call or email they give me the runaround. It's like they are all smoking weed and crooked. I clearly have documentation.

Charged me $108 to cancel a membership I decided I can’t afford.

I was in the middle of finals and planning for a wedding- who thinks to cancel your guest privileges in the middle of all of that? I wasn't going to be home for over a month as well. I contacted them about a week after I saw the charge on my account. They said a refund wouldn't be possible. I understand company policies but what about extenuating circumstances? Or that I hadn't been to their gym in over a month? I guess not. Thanks guys. Keep my $18 from a student who hardly makes anything. Once my membership is over I'll be giving business to a different gym.

I would give negative stars if i could. I joined, the very next month, for some reason they said my membership withdraw did not go through, I checked bank, no attempt, i had money in there, so i contacted them they said it was due to billing information , and they had the wrong bank info, customer service would not help and would not remove the $25.00 fee. so i quit. will never recommend, tooele gym is also dirty most of the time anyway

SCAM!!!!! Don’t go to them and do a simple walk through to see their facility!! The girl at the from desk stated it was for Covid protocol to fill out their iPad online paperwork in order to walk through... I did the walk through. I chose not to join their Gym at that time because I wasn’t finished with my Pilates membership that I still had and loved with Club Pilates! They will charge your card 80.00 for nothing!!!! 😡😡😡😡and put you in a contract so you have to pay more!! To get out!!! 😡😡😡😡 I will be calling the Department of health for them falsifying Covid procedures and stated it was for contact tracing and using this as a way to get people to sign up also I will be contacting my attorney I spoke to a lady by the name of Lori as the manager and I hope she is willing to get things figured out otherwise I will definitely be going after them legal actions.

Vasa is a company that I have noticed really does put effort into the growth of its people. Not stepping through the door but when having a conversation with the people that truly care about making the gym a better place. The employees are really what makes the place enjoyable. With Fitness trends changing over the years, Vasa has adapted well adding new products to keep up with most individual needs and... most wants. It's got a great price as well.

Dishonest with hidden fees. I had to pay $102 dollars just to cancel the membership after being told I was going to have to pay $50 for a "lock in" rate so my membership rate doesn't go up... ??? Why would they be allowed to change the rate of my membership under a contract? And why should I have to pay extra to "lock-in" a rate that they advertised to me? This company is dishonest and will nickel and dime you, even as you cancel your membership, apparently.
