Customer service and overall experience here is really poor. I am trapped into a 6 month personal training agreement that I originally didn’t sign up for and getting out of it is like getting out of a bad divorce. Just beware before you sign up for this gym. It’s entrapment if you don’t read the fine print.

You’re not alone!!! I was extorted, harassed and ripped off for over $500 by Vasa Fitness and Paramount Acceptance. These cronies run a crime ring out of Utah, where they screw innocent, unsuspecting gym goers. They “auto enroll” members in renewing “packages” of personal training. They tell you it’s just “installments” but they keep on billing! Tell them to cancel? Good luck, they will likely keep billing. Try to fight it? They “write off” your account and yet another UTAH-BASED crony after you - a law firm by the name of Aldous & Associates. Then you’ll receive daily harassing phone calls, once you pay their obscene “debt figure” - guess what? You pay and get NOTHING - yep, none of your training sessions, no monthly dues credits NADA. JOIN ME! I am filing a class action lawsuit against these pigs. They know damn well it’s a gigantic scam, all their buddies in Utah getting rich off of the abusive fine print in that contact.

1st off I would like to say the people that work at the gym are awesome and they go above and beyond. The actual company VASA Fitness and Paramount Acceptance will rip you off in a heart beat they don't care about their customers, they lack communication and they tell you one thing and do the other. Just avoid this place if you value your money. I'm being charged for non payment during the pandemic. When I called them and told them I'll go back after things get better they said yes it was fine . I asked if I would be charged they said no and I get a call from a collections company saying I owe $220. I told them there must be a mistake so they said just get a letter or something from VASA saying it's a mistake but they are refusing to do it. They don't care they said I didn't close my account properly. So just don't go to this place I'm warning you now!!! My membership is paid until February 27th and I'm cancelling it for good. Not only did they charge me like crooks but my gym locker was broken into and they stoled all my stuff. I got an identity theft and they wouldn't work with the police to help catch the people who did it. THE WORST THING I HAVE DONE IS JOIN THIS MONEY HUNGRY CROOKS THEY CALL VASA FITNESS PLEASE LISTEN TO ME AND DON'T GO THROUGH WHAT I HAD TO AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COST IF YOU JOIN YOU WILL REGRET IT AND PAY THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY PLUS PEOPLE STEAL AND THEY WON'T HELP YOU THERE EITHER!!! How can I join your class action law suit against these crooks because I'm not paying for "Non Payment" during the damn pandemic

Never have I ever come across more greedy money hungry crooks like these in my entire life. I never ever in my life been to a health spa and no showers I n the sauna , steam room or pool area,I never in my life saw members with their stinking shoes and sweats with tennis shoes sock's in the steam room sauna ,people it's called health spa I don't need to smell your body odor or smelly shoes take a shower wear appropriate clothes to inter the facilities .

Not open past 4pm on sundays anymore. Covid or not there’s no reason to close at 4!

The worst gym to purchase a membership at. I can’t how many times they tried to overcharge and once I called about it, the charges were waived because “they don’t know where the charges came from.” Bullsh!t.
