It’s a scam!!!! They took over $100 from my little sisters account after the second month….. and a $35 cancellation fee… don’t do it!!!

I’m disappointed with the gym off Federal and 72nd area. 7353 federal Blvd, Westminster I use the treadmill and bicycle most of the time and enjoy watching the TVs. However, at this gym the stations are mostly sports. There is no CC caption either on most TVs. I feel this gym is mostly for men. Also, the music is way too loud at the front desk. I enjoy the gyms music but your employees drown out what is suppose to be the over head music for all. This is in the mornings, anywhere from 6am to 8am. This is usually when I use the gym. Also, can someone police the equipment? Meaning, people use the equipment and rest for about ten minutes and stay at the machine. My time is limited and cannot afford to wait around while they are texting away for ten minutes or so. Please police the equipment at the gym on east 104th as well. 1420 E 104th, Thornton It’s ridiculous......

Dishonest staff and company. I had signed up at the Provo location. I did the mid-level package so I could access all locations. The reason I did that was because I had just moved to Utah and was in a temporary living situation and my job was going to be moving offices from Provo to Orem and the date was uncertain. Within a few days of enrolling my office announced it was moving to Orem the following week and I secured an apartment in Orem. About 10 days after I enrolled I went into this Orem location and stated I wanted to change my membership to the lower single location membership for Orem to be my location. They were going to make me pay a $25 fee to change my membership. I had just signed up a week and a half ago! That is some GREEDY nonsense. As it was I was going to have to pay their $55 required annual fee the next month. Since that was an absurdly stupid policy I told the guy I wanted to cancel my membership completely. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the shady punk that I was dealing with. ATTN MANAGEMENT this guy tried to rip me off. It was the guy working 4/28 at about 5:30pm at the front desk, he had tan skin and short brown hair. I told him I wanted to cancel my membership. I asked him if I would get an email verifying my cancellation. I asked him 3-4 times if everything was cancelled. He said yes every time. As I was driving home I received a WELCOME EMAIL from Vasa. Instead of cancelling my account, he tried some shady business to get himself some commissions. The next day 4/29 I called Vasa Membership Services and spoke to Savanah S (Note: 535040). She verified that crook in Orem did not cancel my account. She cancelled my account. However, she informed me that I had to give one month notice to cancel plus the $25 cancellation fee. The person who set up my account did not tell me that. I asked him very specifically what all is involved with cancelling my membership because I knew my home/work situation was uncertain. He did not tell me about the 1 month notice for cancelling. TO RECAP I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP WITHIN 10 DAYS AND WAS FORCED TO PAY TWO FULL MONTHS PLUS $25 CANCELLATION. 10 DAYS OF VASA MEMBERSHIP COST ME almost $100. These people are greedy and dishonest. Find another gym option!!

Wish I could give 0 stars, there are so many hidden fees. So shady. There's a sign up fee and a "rate guarantee fee" which is just a BS charge that they literally made up and then a cancellation fee. BE UP FRONT, STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!!

The gyms were very cleanly and the staff was extremely helpful. However, they explained that there was a $25 membership fee per month and I had guest privileges, which was $17 a month. However, they charged $77 to my account without notifying me, and it would not tell me where it went. Overall way too expensive and they completely blindsided me.

I am not happy with this gym in Herriman ut , they offered me a monthly payment of 14,99 and $49 one time charge after 7 months then ending charges me $23 monthly and 49 after two months they lie to me I am very unhappy .. the people lie to sale their programs to customers be careful read very well before print your signature on paper….

I go to the Penn VASA in OKC. Management won’t keep the pool heated. Call before I drive all the way over and they lie about it being heated to the temperature corporates states it is heated to. Tried complaining to management and wow was he rude. Girls making videos in the locker room while other women are trying to get dressed. Corporate assured me this wasn’t happening cause they have signs up. Been there two years finally found one sign with the bottom lines asking people to be courteous in the locker rooms. Locker rooms showers are rarely cleaned. Love my classes and friends that I have made here. Frustrated with watching this gym go so wrong when they were so good
