VantrueReviews of vantrue.com

The product itself is absolutely amazing! The build quality is top-notch and completely exceeded my expectations. A minor note regarding the app: there is still a little room for improvement. A few descriptions and features could be phrased more clearly and intuitively for non-tech-savvy users, but that hardly takes away from the overall experience. What truly stands out is the customer support. The team responds incredibly fast, remains super friendly, and was exceptionally accommodating and generous when dealing with a goodwill request. A well-deserved 5 stars, two thumbs up—keep up the great work!

I’ve been very happy with both the Vantrue app and Vantrue’s customer service. I use the app with the N4 Pro dash cam installed in my truck, primarily to check for firmware updates, but I’ve also used it to change camera settings and review recorded footage. The app works well and makes managing the camera much more convenient. What has impressed me most, though, is Vantrue’s customer support. When a customer has an issue, they seem genuinely interested in getting it resolved rather than simply providing a generic response. Their troubleshooting has been thorough and helpful, and if a problem can’t be resolved and the product is still under warranty, they are willing to replace it when necessary. Good customer service makes a big difference with products like dash cams that you depend on every day. Based on my experience, Vantrue stands behind its products and makes a real effort to ensure its customers are satisfied. I’m very pleased with my N4 Pro, the app, and especially the support I’ve received from Vantrue.

I’m so impressed. Their products are reliable and useful. And their customer service associates are very understanding, courteous and prompt with their replies about parts replacement. I’ll always trust Vantrue over other brands.

I have the Vantrue N4 Pro and the N4 for my other car. Both cameras worked great from date of purchase to now. I even tried their hardware kit that lets the camera run 24/7 even when the cars off and it works great. I recommend getting suction mounts over adhesive tape as those fall off in the summer heat.

Very good customer service. Very quick reply to questions. The camera works well in my car and gives me peace of mind.

Great dashcam. I have the N2 Pro. Helpful customer service.

I’ve been using my Vantrue N4 dash cam for years now. The video quality is great, fairly easy to set up and has been reliable so far. Definitely worth it for the added security and protection while driving!

I bought the Vantrue E1 Pro kit, which includes the power cables and two mounts: one fixed and one suction-cup style. The bayonet mounting system is very convenient, allowing me to use the camera in all my own cars and occasionally in others as well. The camera has been very useful; a few months ago, it proved I was in the right during an accident I was involved in. Without the camera, there would have been no way to definitively prove the other car was at fault. I also want to thank the support team; when the suction cup on the removable mount stopped sticking to the windshield, they suggested a few fixes first but ultimately decided to replace the part under warranty. Truly a great product and excellent customer service.
