I ordered grab bars for the shower. Solid brass with a soft nickel finish. They are very high quality and well worth the price versus inexpensive bigbox store products that don't last or declare what metal they are made of.

High quality products and exceptional service. My order was lost in shipping during a major snowstorm. I contacted Van Dyke's customer service group to try to track it down. Next thing I know they are sending me another order to replace the lost order at no cost. You seldom find this kind of quality and service.

I ordered drawer pulls on January 15, 2018. When they didn't arrive I phoned Van Dyke's and they saw by tracking that the merchandise had been turned over to the Post Office in Lahaina, Maui. Said they would check into it and get back to me. I never heard from them. I called them several more times and was told the same thing but they never called me back. I called again and asked that they reship my order. They said they would check into it and resend. They never resent my order but the original order finally arrived on February 12, 2018. Very poor customer service but the merchandise was exactly what I wanted.

It took an extremely long time to receive my order, by the time I got it, didn't need it anymore. They provide no notice or explanation until you call and inquire

Quality parts and fast shipment. The shipping costs are excessive. I ordered two small spindles ($15 each) three inches long and paid $13.99 for shipping. I feel it should have been a lot less for shipping.

We have recommend Van Dyke’s to friends. We’re really happy with our drawer pulls & cabinet knobs. They shipped very timely, well packaged.

Beautiful antique drawer pulls. Look perfect on my srepentine dresser. Service and delivery were great.
