Hi, I’m sorry for the frustration and that we didn’t follow up with you sooner. I was able to locate your order and review what happened. Your order was placed on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, and our Customer Service team was closed for the holiday weekend when you called on Saturday and again on Labor Day. Unfortunately, the order shipped on Tuesday before we were able to get to your voicemail and stop it. I’ve issued a full refund for the order and have also followed up with you directly by email with the details. I’m sorry we weren’t able to catch your cancellation request before the order shipped and for the lack of communication along the way. Thank you, Gwen
