Ordered 5 tulip shaped "feet" and paid less than $12 each. Same item at Lowes was $176.00 each. All I had to do was paint them to match my cabinets. Arrived promptly. No issues at all.

The rust cabinet pulls aren't that attractive, probably won't be using them. However, the brass casters are VERY nice, and work well with our antique rocking chair.

When you call to get authorization to return something, it can be weeks until your hear from them. No sense o customer service at all!

When ever I have a project for a client or myself... Needing a special item... I know Van Dyke's Restorers will have it.

Poor customer service, they do not stand by their products. Several years ago I redid the kitchen in my old house and purchased several products from Van Dyke's including a kitchen faucet. It is leaking now and needs a replacement cartridge - which is not standard and not easily available. Van Dyke's refused to help me. They told me the item was discontinued (not true), that I didn't have a receipt (not true - I had it when I called them and gave them my order number). They then dismissed me and did not respond to any of my emails. Fortunately I found the name of the manufacturer and called them. They were helpful, gave me the part number and I ordered it from their site.

The product that was ordered supposed to be shipped 3-7 business days and I received the product 4 weeks later
