Order from Van Dykes with Caution!
Update: After filing complaints with the BBB and others, I was issued a full refund with an email apology from the company. I would order from them with caution, but may give them another chance. First review: I would give them zero stars if possible! DO NOT order from them. They are pure scammers. They will not refund my money, nor respond to emails or calls. I have the RMA confirmation email informing me my return has been received and accepted, but I've never received my refund.

I can understand how frustrating it must be to have confirmation that your return was received and accepted and still not see your refund — especially when you haven’t been able to get a response from us.
