Van Dyke's RestorersReviews of vandykes.com

The best go-to source for vintage hardware--bar none!

I love Van Dyke's hardware. I have a 1906 home and am always trying to find the right vintage hardware. I have purchased several things from VanDykes through the past 10 years and each time I am pleased with the quality and how quickly they ship. I've also returned items and the process has been very easy.

Excellent quality products at reasonable cost plus a marvelous selection

The locks on my 150 yr old english dressers locks were broken and the website enabled an almost perfect match to be found easily. Though replacement locks they did not diminish the look of the dresser in any way.

Van Dyke's seems to have the parts I need to restore when local big box and hardware store din't.

The wrong product was sent not once but twice. I had to send pictures of the product I received and the one I wanted. I had to wait 6 business days in between each email request on their end. I still have not seen a credit for one of the products, which I had to call back on to ask for. They do not automatically send a credit for product returned. All together it took 2 1/2 months to get the 6 legs. Supervisors refused to talk to me when I asked to find out what was taking so long. Horrible customer service.

good products

Very good shipping time. I like products, bolts for doors, but finish seems to rub off.
