Nice products... But I needed to return an order due to the fact that it was the wrong size (my mistake); Lady told me that the instructions would be in my e mail. Day after day, nothing came in my e mail... Seems like poor service to me

I was hoping to find a particular model corbel that I'd previously purchased. It turns out it was no longer available in the size I wanted. After a period of time I received both emails and a phone call letting me know that that was the case and the VanDykes rep helped me change my order to a different size that will still meet my needs. They communicated with me a number of times about the issue, surprising me with their attention to my order and the level of help they provided finding substitute corbels. I am quite pleased with how they handled everything and feel I can highly recommend Van Dykes to anyone.

I ordered a latch which was $27 and change. In the ordering process, I learned that shipping & handling was going to be $13 and change. I left word that this would be my first and last order because of the S & H charge. I got a nice note back, thanking me for pointing out the 'glitch' in their S & H program charges; they sent me the latch in an envelope with no S & H charges.

Purchased two antique "looking" brass handles. They arrived on time but are as thin as any I was hoping to avoid and for the superior price of over $20 each including shipping. From Taiwan. Come on, sell your products honestly.

The caning products I have received from Van Dykes have been very good. But the last time I ordered, I was informed that you will no longer stock these items. So, I'm shopping for another source.

My last order was not a pleasant one. I always order the Carpe Diem knobs and pulls. When I placed the order, the website said "in stock". I went ahead and had my cabinet repainted and all hardware removed. I was not informed that they only had two of the pulls in stock and the others were on backorder and would be delayed. I had to contact Van Dyke myself to learn that they were delayed for three or more weeks. It took three or more weeks before I could get my hardware. It was very inconvenient trying to use the cabinet. When the knobs finally arrived, they were all bent and had to be hammered straight to make them useable. On my ordered before that, I ordered the Carpe Diem knobs and backplates with the crystals in them. One of the crystals is missing. Shouldn't happen when you pay that much for a know.
