Great products. Great customer service. I Ordered brass curtain rings and they arrived as promised. The order was a couple units short but they quickly sent the missing rings (plus a few more) with out any hesitation.

I had an issue with part of the order being damaged. I talked to a number of customer service representatives who were all very helpful. The only issue was that when we were told that someone would get back to us within a certain time frame (e.g., 72 hours), each time we were the ones who had to call back to inquire about the status of the order. Eventually all items were received in good order. The representatives we talked to were all very pleasant. I would order from Van Dykes again.

Good quality but didn't get it within 10 days. I had to call and the girl was a bit curt when I inquired after 14 days.
