The van casso dinners is not just that, it is a feature that adds colour and beauty to my home The whole experience was so smooth, professional and efficient that I could not speak of it highly enough. My dinnerset adds warmth and joy to my home.

Precise in the description, delivery and service. I cannot fault the overall quality and service of everything, from placing the order to the delivery of the product. Excellent in everything.

Brought a dining set costing £80 back in October for my husbands birthday. Started using then at the beginning of Novemeber and a mlnth later the design and paint is all fading and chipping. Obviously concerning when this could leach into food. Apparently they think a 15% refund is acceptable when I now have to buy a whole new set.

Dear Customer, We are truly sorry to hear about the fading and chipping issues you experienced. We understand your frustration, especially since this was a birthday gift. First and foremost, please be assured that all vancasso products undergo strict testing and meet international food safety standards. They are lead-free and non-toxic, so there is no risk of harmful substances leaching into food. However, I am unable to locate your specific order details through this review alone. I apologize that the previous resolution did not meet your expectations, and I have personally authorized a much more satisfactory solution for you. Please contact our after-sales email again so we can match your order and resolve this immediately. Best regards, The vancasso Team

I've been trying to exchange my dinner plates since 25th November because I'd ordered the wrong colour. When I messaged them, firstly they said it was difficult to exchange and offered me a 12% discount to purchase a new set and keep the wrong set. I didn't want this. They then took 10 days to send me a returns label. I sent them the goods by return and emailed the tracking receipt - and they are now consistently blanking me. I haven't received a replacement set and I haven't received a refund either. There is no phone number on their website and the only way to contact them is via email, but they simply don't respond. It's an utter rip off.

Dear customer, I sincerely apologize for the frustration and the delay regarding your exchange. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Due to a recent surge in order volume during the peak season, our customer support team has been overwhelmed, which led to the slow responses you experienced. We are truly sorry for making you feel ignored—that was never our intention. I have personally looked into your case. Since we have received your return, your replacement set has been prioritized and will be shipped out within the next 24 hours. I will also follow up with a separate email containing your new tracking number immediately after it ships. Thank you for your patience, and we are working hard to ensure this is resolved for you quickly.

Update! Disgusting customer service - promised my refund on three separate emails. Item arrived on my doorstep today, I have already gone elsewhere to purchase. Now won’t acknowledge my repeated emails saying I want this item collected and sent back and my refund processed as requested 4 weeks ago. I will not be paying for it to be returned. AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAM! Purchased 24 piece starry set in green which on their website, said in stock. Received an email a few days later saying it was on back order (and not in stock, I have kept a screen shot showing it was available at time of purchase). I was advised I could either swap it for an 18 piece set, wait until it’s available or request a full refund. I requested a full refund over 7 days ago - I have been promised twice they’ve processed it, yet no refund in my account. I have contacted my bank who have advised me there is no pending refund, I am now seeking legal advice. DO NOT order from here!!!!

Hi Dr Peters, We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Due to a recent increase in orders, our response time has been slower than usual. Your item was part of a pre-sale, and a caching delay caused the “pre-order” label not to appear immediately — we sincerely apologise for the confusion. Your refund was processed on 4 December, and we can provide the ARN number for your bank to trace it. Please contact us via email and we’ll share it with you right away. Thank you for your patience — we’re here to help until everything is fully resolved.

Looks nice, well priced but ultimately poorly made and they keep falling apart so need replacing after 1 year.
