Terrible Quality Control
Every single plate and bowl had air bubbles and voids in the glaze. I can't believe anyone could sell this low quality at any price. Wouldn't trust these could ever be sanitary.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear about the quality issues with the glaze. The Starry series is actually one of vancasso's most popular collections, and we rarely receive reports of quality defects with this line. Because of this, we take your situation extremely seriously and will look into what went wrong. We fully stand behind our products and would like to make this right immediately. We are happy to provide a full return and refund for your order. Please contact our after-sales support via email directly to initiate this process. Our team is ready to assist you. Best regards, The vancasso Team

The package was so well protected
The package was so well protected, the best packaging job I have ever had. Every single item arrived intact. Fast shipping, I should also to say that the items I purchased (three sets of varying sized bowls) are absolutely GORGEOUS!
