Couch delivery date kept getting pushed back. I tried to cancel my order and get a full refund. They kept saying that they will refund me and kept tossing out time frames in which it would be resolved. It never got resolved or refunded. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Their customer service does not care about you and they do not put any effort into trying to help you with your situation. Be hesitant with purchasing from here.

I ordered a sectional through Valyou Furniture, this was in December and was to be delivered in February. Upon delivery date, there was zero communication that they had no intention of delivering my paid for sectional. I had to call them, which they responded that it had been delayed a month. Every time I called the couch would be delayed one month, this dragged on until late June when they said the couch would not be delivered for a minimum of 2-3 months. They actually never notified me, either via email or phone, I had to call and message them to get any answers. I then requested my money back as no goods were provided in exchange for my money. They would not transfer me to get a refund, said it would take 24-72 hours to get in touch with the refund department. I had even scheduled an appointment with the refund department in which they never called. Finally, they confirmed my refund and sent me an email via my request. They said wait 7-14 days for a refund. It has now been 25 days since that date and 18 days since the "processing" date of refund. My bank, Chase, cannot see anything on their end whatsoever of a refund transaction and they cannot do anything since it has been longer than 90 days. Valyou is telling me to wait another 7-14 days for them to monitor the situation. They have now told me that my bank “denied” the refund. What a joke company. They are trying to have me give tgem my paypal info but I know better than that after reading other reviews. They are a scam, utterly immoral without any regard for human feelings. I cant believe they actually have stores.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Total scam, they took my money and pretending like my couch was in transit for weeks. No one could actually tell me where the couch was located and frankly I have no assurance that it ever existed. Have demanded a full refund, which I am told I’ll receive within 14 business days, but something tells me that’s a lie as well. Update: I had to file a dispute with my bank to get the refund because Valyou claimed it’s PayPal software was not working… again, totally reeks of fraud! If I were you I’d listen to honest negative reviews. Notice how Valyou sends a similar reply to the real customers complaints.

Save yourself the headache and disappointment and buy from somewhere else. I purchased a section in April with the estimated delivery being a month. They completely pull those estimated delivery dates out of thin area. There’s no basis behind them. When my estimated date came and went, no one contacted me. I had to reach out to be told “yeah there’s supply chain issues and we don’t have your item in stock and that was just an estimate” when I asked when I could expect the item now they said “we don’t know because it isn’t in the warehouse and we don’t know when we will get it in stock”…… so basically they just made up that estimated delivery date?! I checked the website at that time and the estimated delivery date on there was now listed for the end of June. So I reached out to ask if that’s when I could expect my item and they said “again we have no idea because we don’t have the item yet” so they admitted that the dates they put on their website are completely full of s*it. So another month and a half goes by and I’m told “ok you can expect it to arrive by mid July. End of July at the absolutely latest” so now it’s the end of July and the shipping courier is telling me another 2 weeks!!!!! It’s a nightmare. I’ve been living in an apartment without a couch for months now. Whenever you call they are very nice and say “I understand your frustrations and we are working on it” but they truly aren’t doing anything behind the scenes to help. This place is a scam and I highly recommend against buying from here.

Do NOT purchase anything from here. I am out $1,600+ and no couch. After waiting 8 months for a couch (original shipping time was 4 weeks) I was offered a full refund, which I accepted. The refund never posted to my account and every time I called I was given a new excuse (we have a new system so it’s taking longer, or please extend your patience another 14 days etc…). Then I was told to open a dispute against them through my bank if I wanted my money! My bank informed me they are doing this because they don’t intend to reimburse me as they know Visa’s policy won’t cover anything beyond 4 months of the purchase date! They are dirty rotten scandals. I believe most people are good, so it’s very disappointing when things like this happen.

I would give zero stars if I could this is an absolute SCAM. Ordered a non preordered item in FEBRUARY and could not get a delivery date. It kept getting pushed months at a time. I canceled and requested a refund over a month ago and they can't even send me an email with anything to help me. DO NOT BUY from this site.

I ordered a sectional in May. The arrival date was set for the end of May. Then it got moved to mid June . Then again to the end of June. Finally, the date was moved to mid August. I contacted Valyou on June 15th to cancel my order and have my money refunded. I was told it would take 7-14 business days to process my refund. In an email exchange on June 19th. I was told the same thing. I reached out to them again on July 11th. I was once again told to wait 7-14 business days. I received a phone call on July 12th once again saying the same thing. I am now in the process of disputing the charge through my credit card company.

They are a scam, honestly. They played around with giving me a refund for so long that I had to go through my bank and dispute the charge. They lure you in as a "pre-order" with an estimated arrival of about a month out and just constantly change it, but once you purchase the couch, they no longer have a delivery date. I have been reasonable and understanding with them but they refused to give me my money back upon canceling. Claimed that the refund was rejected. HUH? Buyer beware. Buy what they have on hand, otherwise they just take your money.
