MATERIAL ON COUCH IS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT IS PICTURED AND DESCRIBED
*UPDATE* Oof you guys should have replied differently, I literally have pictures of the website when I bought my couch in February vs what I got vs what you guys JUST RECENTLY updated your site too. I emailed them about the situation and they said “no that’s the right couch the picture of the lighting is off on the website” ummm no that’s not it, they completely changed the fabric (the new fabric in the couch is bright white, rough, textured, and collects dirt) and then they try to lie when confronted.. also the new cover I ordered is “not in stock and we don’t know when it will be back in stock” BUT they took my $600 for it anyway. Their reply to this is EXACTLY what they said in their email so nice copy and paste. Also they just updated their website but this is not what the website said on the couch in February when I ordered. Oh yeah I ordered this is couch in February and got it in June. They did not have the correct fabric on their website at this time I ordered a feather couch from you and then couch I received (months and months later) was not the couch pictured the fabric and the color was completely off and was not “microfiber” as claimed. There was no apology from Valyou and you guys did not notify customers that they were receiving a couch that was different than what they paid for, which is unethical and borderline fraudulent. ALSO, when I received my couch you guys forgot to put the legs on the chaise part and I had to wait for you guys to send me them so I could put them on myself, AFTER I paid $2,000 for a couch. So now I’m paying $600 for a new cover for it because this fabric that is on it is awful, its bright white, rough, and collects all the dirt. And after all this garbage with this company I’m going to be waiting months and months for a new cover??? Per the federal trade commission "Sellers are responsible for claims they make about their products and services. Third parties - such as advertising agencies or website designers and catalog marketers - also may be liable for making or disseminating deceptive representations if they participate in the preparation or distribution of the advertising, or know about the deceptive claims." What many customers received is not what they bought on the website, including myself. I hope that Valyou faces a major lawsuit for false advertising

Thank you for reaching out, Madison. Based on our records your Feathers Sectional was delivered on June 4 and the only concern we received would be the missing wood feet on the chaise which was already resolved. As for your concern about the fabric, the color/texture of the fabric you received may look slightly different compared to the ones in the picture, but it is the correct fabric. Sometimes photo lighting and editing alter the look of items online, but we do our best to highlight every feature and appearance as closely as possible. Our website also includes an up-close photo of the fabric to help our customers with their buying decision. Moreover, we have photos from other customers who received the same fabric as yours and they are delighted. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases which is why we accept returns on items within 14 days of delivery. We would have been glad to accept your return or exchange for another piece of furniture had this been reported at the same time you reached out regarding the missing wood feet.
