Spencer from the LA location was great and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Elliot & Scott the delivery drivers were super fast and efficient and did a great job. My only complaint is with Ella Rose, the customer service and logistics— They canceled my delivery during the delivery window, and wouldn’t get back to me. Once I was able to get ahold of someone, I was able to get my couch the same day.

I had a pleasant experience with this company. Ordering was quick and easy, value for money was there, emails from customer service and delivery updates spot on and delivery team (Cameron and his partner) were polite, on time and helped me assemble the couch in less than 15 min. Highly recommend them!

I bought the Feathers Sectional along with the armless chair and I’m so happy. After a long search online and in stores for a small down sectional, I finally took the leap and ordered from Valyou. I have never regretted my decision. What made me do it? Perfect size, style that suits my traditional taste, reasonable price, washable covers and trustworthy reviews from happy customers.

I did get it a week after the ETA online, But I understand things can get delayed, Other than that, I'm extremely happy with coordinating through delivery and aftercare, My wife and kids love our new sectional sofa, and its great!

I am sick to my stomach because I am out thousands of dollars and no one seems to care. I thought it was fishy when they told me to dispute through my bank and now I see that they tell this to everyone. My fiance and I moved to our new home August 2022. Original purchase date July 29, 2022- we were aware that no matter where we ordered we would most likely have to wait. However a 1 month wait turned it to over half a year. I got fed up and finally canceled January 9, 2023. Immediately reached out to my bank to get the process going. However months later, my bank is saying they have never heard back from valyou furniture. On top of the money lost, I had to buy new furniture adding to the thousands already spent. Thankfully the new company kept their word and I have received my items. I just want my money back. It will be useful for me any my family. No one has called to apologize or give an explanation why it is taking so long. Order #VF4674 I would like my money back immediately. Please beware and NEVER purchase from them. The sales associates are horrible, customer service is horrible and apparently so is the quality. I will be filing a lawsuit and have reached out to the BBB
