Valyōu FurnitureReviews of valyoufurniture.com

This rating is for the delivery service only. We had our furniture delivered this morning and it was nothing short of phenomenal. I got a call 20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm our delivery. A team of two (Jerry and Jerome) pulled up and carefully transported the couch and sectional to the second floor. They quickly unpacked and assembled the pieces together and also took away the packing materials. These 2 men deserve a raise for their professional service!

Long story short, I canceled an item before it had shipped, and NEVER GOT A REFUND! I ended up having to dispute it with my bank. I called and emailed every week for several months and NOTHING!!! So sketchy!

I got the three seater feathers couch and am in love! They communicated with me every step of the way until the couch arrived at my doorstep. Cameron and Scott we’re both super friendly and set up my new couch in just a few minutes! I couldn’t be more grateful!

Cameron and Gilbert were wonderful! They built my sectional and even took all the boxes to my garage!!! Awesome customer service, highly recommend!!! Thank you Cameron and Gilbert!!!

From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent. They spent the time to go over the sale and delivery options. The delivery guys were so kind and professional. My sofa and chair (Chubby) are beautiful.

I recently had the pleasure of discovering Valyou furniture and I cannot express enough how impressed I am! The delivery process was smooth and efficient and Cameron and Gilbert provided excellent customer service and ensured that my couch was safely delivered to my apartment.

Thank you Dianel and Juan! They delivered it on time and installed the sofa perfectly.

Cameron and Gilbert were amazing. They were on time, friendly, and moved everything so quickly! The experience couldn’t have been better. I can’t wait to set up my new couch!!
