Daniel Reyes and Juan were incredible. We were worried my couch wouldn’t fit so there helped me put it together and we figured out the size. Seriously such a great experience and the nicest men. They made it all worth it!!!

Elliott and Gilbert are excellent delivery drivers. They respected my wishes on how and where to unbox and let me think about whether I wanted to keep the boxes for possible return or not. They did not make me feel pressured or rushed like others have. They had clean gloves and were pleasant. I would use them again without hesitation!

The whole process with VALYOU was amazing and seamless. The couch came SO quickly. The delivery folks: Dianel and his partner Juan were so kind/amazing. They brought it up to my apartment and assembled it as well. I never had such a seamless delivery, I 100% recommend.
