Loved the styling of the feather sectional. Purchasing a couch online can make anyone skeptical but Valyōu customer service (Rose) had great communication. We just moved so we were couchless for a few days and were eager to take delivery. Less than a week from ordering, I’m writing this review from the couch. Cameron and Scott were super helpful with the delivery. Couldn’t have a done it without them. Highly recommend. Only great things to say.

Someone give Elliot and Dorian a raise. These guys brought furniture straight to our doorsteps. They carried it up a steep driveway, over our gate, up a series of steps, and might as well have crossed a river. Jokes aside, they are hardworking professionals who know how to make customers happy at the moment of delivery - crucial for Valyou and the best part of my day. 6 out of 5 stars because one is a shooting star straight from Elliot and Dorian.

Great value, great service 👍🏼 My expectations were exceeded starting with my initial interaction with Nani, the awesome delivery team, and then the product itself. The sectional I purchased is perfect for my smaller living room and the color itself was true to advertising. I would 12/10 recommend Valyou Hawaii for any home furnishing needs!

VALYOU furniture was so easy to work with from start to finish. Placing the order for the Feathers Sofa was so easy and convenient, it’s also literally the most comfortable couch ever. The shipment arrived fast and Jerry & Elliot were amazingly helpful with the delivery & setup. They were very friendly and made the process a breeze. Definitely recommend this company for their sofas!

They will steal your money and they do not deliver. Sure wish I would have found this page and read these reviews. So true - one year after they have charged me in full they did not deliver. Give you endless delays as things are backordered. Asked for a refund and they "cannot comply". I am 50 years old and this is the worst customer service I have ever come encountered. Order VF5260
