I came across this company through OfferUp. Visited their store in person, beautiful aesthetics! The staff was also great and super friendly. Upon delivery, Elliot and Jerry were super nice, helpful and provided an easy drop-off. Overall great experience and would highly recommend this company. Thanks again for the new couch!

I’m always skeptical about purchasing couches online. You’re never 100% sure it’s the right firmness, depth, color, or material. My new Valyou couch is everything I wanted. And John and Ralphy were so professional and efficient when they delivered my couch. They made sure I was happy with the purchase before they left, and reminded me that I have 14 days to return it if I’m unhappy with my purchase (which I don’t think I’m even going to need to return it). Thank you Valyou! My new apartment is starting to feel like home!

The delivery was pretty fast, I got my order in a week. The delivery people Gilbert and Dorian along with my dispatcher for the order, Ella were of great help. They unboxed and set up my couch and also let me know of the many ways I can add and/or remove more parts to it. Many possibilities with this Feathers couch. It is very comfortable and looks great!

Loved my experience from start to finish with this company and my new couch. When I ordered I thought it would take much longer than it did. It took only about 4 days to get it. There was excellent customer service and communication from the start. Upon delivery Cameron and Scott did the best job as a representation of the company and I was very happy with this as the my experience was continuing to get even better! And then the couch. I literally don’t want to get up off it. I look forward to coming home and relaxing on the most comfortable couch. I also love the look of it in my living room. Thank you so much for the best experience from start to finish.

Firstly - delivered by Elliot and Dorian who were bloody legends. Super courteous, professional and friendly. Can’t rate them highly enough. 11 out of 10. Well done gents. Lounge - turned up as described, colour is amazing, feel and texture is better than I thought and I am super happy with it on day 1. Let’s see how it is in a year.
