We had a great experience. The sectional is exactly as expected. It's a great product for a reasonable price. The color is beautiful, solid construction and the shipping boxes were solid. I'm glad to have found the product online.

I got the feathers sectional and it’s AMAZING! So comfortable you don’t wanna get up. The shipping advertised “ships within 2-5 days,” and it took about 10. At day 5 I started getting worried after reading some of the reviews here. I reached out several times and each time, ValYou customer service responded and assured eme the couch would be shipping too. The delivery driver Ryan was amazing and made sure to text me updates of his location. He got the couch into the house for my girlfriend as I wasn’t home and overall was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend this company

I love my new couch from Valyou!! It’s exactly as advertised and was shipped in a short amount of time. I also really want to shout out the two people who delivered my couch—Ralphy and John—they were awesome. I live on a bit of a busy street so they had to deal with a lot of cars trying to pass the truck while they carried in the big boxes and they handled it so professionally and quickly. Really grateful for both of them, they were incredibly kind!! Highly recommend Valyou.

Cameron and Jerome delivered the sofa. They called before and made sure we were ready for them. Delivery was fast and skillful. No damage to the room. They were both extremely polite and professional. The sofa is exactly what I was hoping for. The material is soft on the skin and the seating area is cushy. I felt it was a risk to buy this online but I am so glad I did.

Jerry and Scott are the phenomenal! Both went out of their way to set up my new couch and had the best attitudes about it. Definitely a huge diffentiatiin between Valypu’s competition. Very poor experiences with other vendors and did not expect this at all. Thanks Jerry and. Scott!
