Vacation Rental ProsReviews of vacationrentalpros.com

We have booked the Palm Coast, Florida area for four years now over the Christmas Holiday, and have already booked our trip for Christmas of '2016. Very smooth operation from booking to checking into the location. Rented first a condo for three years and last year went with a home location. We enjoy the uniqueness of each location depending upon the owners tastes. The pictures shown adequately describe the rentals. Only one trouble had was the house rental last year went off market about 10 weeks before our travel date. We were forced to find alternate location and at that late of time the locations weren't as ideal, but still lived up to what was posted. Was not offered anything for this inconvenience, which I thought would have been nice. But still will book again with them.

We had a great time in this home. We experienced a problem with the tv's in the smaller bedrooms. We were never able to get it resolved even though they were very good about creating to check it. The pool was great and we enjoyed it immensely, the decking around the pool and patio could use resurfacing as it was very hard on your feet or knees if you fell down as small children are apt to do at times. Other than that we loved and will be coming back this summer.

ease of booking. nice place. easy key pickup and dropoff.

We have been there more than 5times. Clean, safe and funny. All my family want to be there again this summer!

Lazy Lagoon- We love the location and love that we have exactly the right space that we need. This year we grilled out on the deck and used their washer and dryer...very nice! We are headed back in October to play in the 35+ all wood bat, Roy Hobbs World Series of baseball. 3 years running! We love our Lagoon!

We had a very satisfying experience with Vacation Rental Pros and would definitely rent through them again. The property was well taken care of and clean. The entire process was easy and convenient.

We have been making our reservations thru Vacation Rental Pro for our last 4 vacations and have been happy with them. Mary

We have used Vacation Rental Pros' services for the past four years to find rental properties on Siesta Key and have found them to be professional and easy to work with. We have rented two different units from them at Gulf and Bay Club, both of which were very nice. The first one, (409B) was quite updated with some nice upgrades like granite countertops in the kitchen and bath and had a great view of the beach from the living room. The unit we rented in 2016 (204C) could have used some updating, especially with regard to the shower head in the master bath, a few more pots and pans and dishes for the kitchen and some spare light bulbs (we had to purchase and replace quite a few while we were there). We also had a bit of an annoyance with "ghost ants" in the kitchen. However, the floor plan and layout of this unit was quite comfortable and the view from the living room and lanai was beautiful so we did enjoy our stay and, in fact, have rented this unit again for January and February of 2017. A short walk from the rear of the building brings you to the really spectacular Siesta beach. Christina Johnson, the property manager is cooperative and very personable and tries to accommodate any issues you might have. Overall, Vacation Rental Pros does a very nice job of dealing with clients.
