I have used Vacation Rental Pros 3 times and always had an excellent experience. We stay in Panama City and the condo is always in perfect shape and just what my family of 10 needs! They are always nice when I call and always resolve my issue! Their condos are the cheapest I have found for where we stay. I plan on using this company every year! Great customer service!

We rented based on the online pictures and the condo was lovely, well equipped and comfortable. Rental issues were clearly delineated in the contract and payments hit the credit card on-time or late (better for me!), We had only one small issue and it was addressed quickly. I like the safety of renting through an organization rather than VRBO (my sister has had 2 cancellations of her rental less than a week before her vacation start date). I also like the way pick up and drop off of the keys is handled - makes it easier if we are running late since we drive.

Would highly recommend to find your perfect vacation getaway. Have booked many rentals and never had a problem.

We were new at this. I have my mother, my husband and my Shih Tzu. I didn't want a troublesome winter. I wanted to have a peaceful 4 months. I have been so happy. The house is always ready and clean. I need for nothing. We will be enjoying vacation rental pros for years to come.

I do not worry about my vacation rental property, if I don't worry, my family don't worry!

We've used Vacation Rental Pros 6 times since 2014. The properties we've rented were as-advertised or better. The customer service folks were very patient and professional over the phone to help select the right property. I've had very few complaints, but when I had one it was addressed immediately.

We have used Vacation Rental Pro two times and can't say enough good things about them. Property was in great shape and the process was so easy. After hours pick up and drop off and rental agreement was all done online. We plan to use them again.
