VRP was good at schedule and payment process. The unit we rented was not at all in very good condition or very clean, despite claiming to have been updated. I requested service for 2 very slow drains in vanity and shower. The request was acknowledged but no one ever showed up to fix the problem. The only redeeming factor for this unit is the OCEAN VIEW !

This was our fifth year at Crescent Sunrise. While the location is ideal the upkeep is less than optimal. Just by way of example, this place sleeps six and only had two usable patio chairs. Also the gutter right above the door to the deck has leaked for years and will likely as not drip on your head as you're walking out. This place is not cheap. Fix it up!

Communication timeliness not always the greatest. Almost felt as if my business wasn't needed and they were doing me a favor by booking.

It is impossible to reach anyone by phone to ask a question

Window blinds do not work, can not open or close. Living room is too dark to read-need bigger bulbs. Kitchen is well stocked.

Customer service is poor. Their selection is great online tools are simple to use but if you have a question expect days for a response. Maintenance they will be there in a few days maybe

Condo needs some maintenance work and updating. Sea Place is a great place to stay. Quite, secure and clean. Also, got 7 calls from different agents of Vacation Rental Pros trying to get me to sign up for next year. Very annoying.

We have stayed at Sea Rocket 6 for weekend getaways at least 10 times in the past several years and still love the facility. Since we live only about an hour away, we have always appreciated early check in and late check out when the unit has not been occupied immediately before or after our stay. However, under new Vacation Rental Pros management, early check in and late check out are now prohibited, regardless of occupancy, because of the strict cleaning schedule. Because of this, we have found a new facility in the same area with a less stringent policy and no cleaning charge. We will miss Sea Rocket 6 but need to get the most out of our mini-vacations in the Tampa Bay area.
