Vacation Rental ProsReviews of vacationrentalpros.com

We have used this company to book the same beach house twice. Never any problems at all. Excellent communication, clear contract. In fact, we just recently booked the same place again! Great to work with!

I received a e-mail for final payment due. The e-mail had the incorrect name of the rental property, in a different city. Several e-mails and phone calls to get the name corrected to match my contract. I rented a 3 bedroom but somehow the e-mail changed it to a 5 bedroom with a pool. Then my final payment wouldn't go through, and it took many, many e-mails and phone calls to finally give a new credit card number to pay the balance. Then after I received a e-mail that said I had paid the balance in full, a week later there was another charge to my credit card which was unauthorized. When I called, they said it was a city tax. I'm not sure why they didn't add this in originally. It was only $4.97, but it should have been added to the final payment, not a week later without my knowledge.

great stay clean room , only thing was that the code to get in to the gated condo did not work ! but I would use vacation rental pros again ! overall great experance !

Had a girls get away in Cinnamon beach with 6 girls from high school. We had a 3/3 on the 6th floor. It was great! Had a blast. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. This year we have more girls so I contacted vacationrentalpros directly so they could help me find the perfect place. we are booked in a house on the beach with a pool that accommodates 12. It looks great. Would have never found it without their help. I will always use this company.

We loved our stay and everyone we encounterdo was very nice and helpful. I can't wait to book our next stay

I found Vacation Rental Pros very easy to use. The website was user-friendly and I felt like I was in good hands when trying to find a condo for my beach vacation. I have heard other conversations with friends who use this site, and have never heard anything negative. I will go through them next time, for sure. The owner of the condo was easy to communicate with and very prompt and dependable. I got my damage deposit back very quickly upon returning home.

We rented a condo from Vacation Rental Pro's. In January 2016 we traveled to Palm Coast, Florida for a vacation we had been planning for a long time. The condo was more than we could ever of hoped for. We were in a luxury condo on the ocean and the property was beautiful. Vacation Rental Pro's were very helpful. Always available to us by phone. If we had a problem we just called and they responded very promptly. Our dream vacation was just that thanks to VRP's. In fact we are going to try to return again next year. Linda Bognoski

We enjoyed our month long stay at this unit in November, 2015. Condo was very well stocked in the kitchen area. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels for our use. The view of the ocean from this condo cannot be beat. Saw many beautiful sunrises during our month there. There are some great restaurants in the area and condo is conveniently located to both downtown St. Augustine and to the beach. Any minor maintenance issues we had were taken care of immediately and without interfering with our plans We would love to stay in this unit again.
