VRP was good about emails and updating information previous to the rental. The condo we rented was very clean and definitely met our approval. The only hitch we had was when we arrived. We got into Fort Myers Beach about 4:00 pm after a full day of driving. We we're anxious to get in the condo to rest, however, the code VRP emailed us to get the keys for the condo did not work. We had to call VRP and after spending 15 minutes on hold while they double checked code numbers, we were told to go to the VRP offices in Fort Myers Beach and pick up the keys. The offices closed at 5:00 so we rushed there to get the keys. Luckily we got there just before they closed. We never did get the lockbox to open but it seemed as if the keys weren't there. Other than this I convince, we would use VRP again.

Rented Seahorse2 condo at Ft Myers Beach 12/31/15 to 1/14/16 from Vacation Rental Pros. Condo had everything we needed including kitchen utensils, pots, pans glasses and an over abundance of glasses and dishes, 2 coffee makers, toaster, big screen tv with HD cable connection, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, heated pool and washer/dryer. Unit was exactly as pictured and described and 50' from the beach. Owner was there every morning to take cover off pool and to make sure everything was ok. Vacation Rental Pros were easy to do business with and communication process was great throughout the rental process. We enjoyed our stay so much we immediately reserved the unit for first 2 weeks of January 2017. We highly recommend this unit and Vacation Rental Pros.

Last May I invited my sister and her family to a gathering in Florida where we live. I rented a beach home from Vacation Rental Pros. It's called, "A Cottage in the Dunes". The facility and location were everything I had hoped for, clean in and out, excellent appliances, bedding, furniture and other conveniences. If you like a generous beach with easy access to the ocean, this is the place you want to be.

We have rented from Vacation Rental Pros four times and each time with complete satisfaction. They will help find the accommodation that is most suitable for you and then once there ensure that it meets. your expectation. If there is a problem, they have solved it quickly. We will certainly rent again from Vacation Rental Pros.

Loved our week at Amazing Grace. Had a couple of issues with repairs but overall, our family enjoyed. We are returning this year to make more memories.
