Vacation Rental ProsReviews of vacationrentalpros.com

Resort Rental Pros is who I'm reviewing, not sure if Vacation Rental Pros is affiliated. After booking a 2br unit for Wyndham in Sevierville TN for July 30th and 31st through VRBO I decided I would look up the company's reviews. After doing so I thought.. fml I've been duped! I called them the next day and a woman answered immediately which was a good sign. I asked if they sent out a reservation number since I've stayed at Wyndham properties countless times. She said I'd receive a confirmation number within 48 hours of arrival which had me confused and not feeling all that great about choosing them. A few hours later I received an official email from Wyndham confirming my stay. So unless they 'un-reserve' my reservation I should be good to go! I will update this if any thing changes.

Only reason we gave a 4 is because instructions for using the DVD were inadequate. Couldn't get it to work.

Vacation Rental Pros offers very nice properties at reasonable rental rates. Pick-up and return of keys is easy and convenient.

Our 1BR rental was nice, comfortable and had all we needed...only complaint was a we had ~4-6 small bugs/roaches that we'd find each morning or through the day...could smell bug spray outside the building but inside either needed spraying or better caulking to keep them out. I would have preferred that the rental was closer to the beach but we were close to one of the pools and the guest house/gym facility.

The registration was pretty good and looked like all was covered. The departure was good too The unit needs some updating we had to call exterminator for roaches not good. The noise in one room because of water heater and had issues w dishwasher and the blender burn upon first use. The maintenance dept reacted quick which was good and handled all issues we were inconvenienced a bit waiting for maintenance personnel. Otherwise the unit it's okay. Everything else was ok. The area was pleasant though beach is very far unfortunately The overall experience was good.

Have rented from Vacation Rental Pros for several years

We have rented different properties in St. Augustine through Vacation Rental Pros for the last five years. Their personnel have always been very helpful and friendly, and the properties as advertised. Last year, we did have a problem with booking and deposits that took a while to straighten out, but I think that was caused more by an owner taking a property off the market after booking, rather than by Vacation Rental Pros.

Vacation pros were professional, courteous and helpfull.
