Vacation Rental ProsReviews of vacationrentalpros.com

We recently spent our spring break at a small beach house in Ponte Vedra that we booked through Vacation Rental Pros. The house was comfortable and clean; the view and location were incredible. We were amazed at how close to the ocean we were. The beach was perfect and we enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week. I love booking with Vacation Rental Pros because the communication is generally very timely and professional. I enjoy using the cell phone app to access information about my rental. I was slightly annoyed on this trip because they charged my credit card with a small additional fee after our stay was complete without notifying me about it. When I questioned them, they gave me a reasonable explanation for the charge, but I thought I should have been informed before they charged my card. On the other hand, they are generally very professional and courteous. They send reminders to my cell phone about check in and check out information and have even contacted me to return items that were accidentally left in a rental. I have been booking with them for 7 years now and have been satisfied with every rental. I do think that some of their additional fees may be excessive, but (for me) it is worth a little extra to be confident that the rental will be nice, in a good location and clean.

We have booked rentals through Vacation Rental pros twice now and both experiences have been enjoyable. The website is very organized and the numourous pictures included with each listing eliminate surprises. When we arrive we feel like we have been there before. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great week!

From start to finish amazing experience. We contacted a rep with Vacation Rental Pros and told them the general area and what we were looking for in a rental home. They nailed it, we were a short walk to the beach we had our own private pool and spa. Not to mention we also received 2 master bedrooms on the main floor and with our elderly parents joining us this was a must. From start to finish everything was amazing. We will be booking again soon!

Would you deal with a company - that did not give information about how to enter the gate after you pick up the key, - or a company that tells the maid service different hours for guest check in versus what you are told, - or does not tell you about the gate to the beach locks and you do not have the combination, - or that if you email the president on his policy of everything resolved never replies, - or a company whose "chat now" on the website does not work - or a company whose phone people do not know how you can post a review The condo itself was adequate but the assigned parking space for the unit is about 500 feet away and down 30 steps. If you have difficulty frequently climbing stairs this is not the condo for you. It sits on the top of a sand dune but although it is classified as ocean front there is absolutely not view of the ocean from the condo.

This is a large impressive property on the beach in Palm Coast. It is in the beautiful gated community or Ocean Hammock, adjacent to the Hammock Dunes Resort. The house is recently constructed and in reasonably well furnished and in very good condition. The housekeeping on arrival was excellent, and the house and furnishings were clean and in order. The booking process and customer service from booking to check out was exemplary. One member of our group left behind some family photos, and VRP was very responsive in retrieving and returning them. Our golf group of 10 senior men had a great time.

This lovely, well appointed condo has a magnificent view and soothing sounds of the ocean. Vacation Pros service department sent an efficient, personable gentleman to replace the screen, fix a stuck window door lock and a few other minor issues. We ended up using the self cleaning oven since it was overlooked by the housekeeping. It took a few hours at night for a response from Vacation Pros when the front door lock failed while we were out for dinner. We were surprised there was no information, including on the website, for an emergency number. The only live person we connected with was in sales and he also had no access to an emergency number but put a notation in our record. Finally we reached the answering service but had already called a locksmith. This was an unfortunate gap in customer service. A new lock was installed by an competent, friendly woman from Pop-A-Lock. We were fortunate to rent for two weeks so we could really enjoy this space. We left it better than we found it!

We rented two condos in July 2015 at Cinnamon Beach and had a great time. We liked it so much we are going back again next month!

i do recommend this company all the time because of the ease of renting and past experiences. You get what you ask for. No shortcuts.
