They had exactly what we needed. Location and condition of the condo was great. Rental process was easy. Enjoyed every bit of our stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely use them again. Just wish they had a more pet-friendly rentals on the beach.

Over the years, we have stayed in a variety of units managed by Vacation Rental Pros, all in the same complex. Some of the units are nicer than others, but you can usually tell the quality and up-to-date-ness from the pictures online. The website does a good job of providing information about the various units. I do feel that this company charges a lot of extra fees, but in general, they have been responsive to issues or concerns that have come up. My biggest complaint over the years is that the units are not as clean as they could be, but there seems to be improvement in this direction the past few years.
