I recently had a highly frustrating experience with US Patriot, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with their shipping policy and customer service. Despite their advertised policies, I encountered significant difficulties when attempting to cancel an order and receive a refund. I ordered a jacket from them that their website said was in stock. A couple days later I get an email saying it was going to ship from the factory, so it was NOT in stock. My card had been charged and a month later still no jacket. THEN I get an email from them asking about my shopping experience, and the quality of the jacket I ordered. I then called, cancelled the order and a week later STILL no refund. I am calling a Mad Dog Washington DC lawyer to handle this

Horrid customer service. Ordered an item from them as a gift. Minutes later (it was a Saturday), realized I ordered the wrong item and emailed them to request cancellation. They got back to me and said that the item had already shipped via Fedex. Fedex does not pick up or deliver on a Saturday for regular ground shipping, so they lied there. The rep then told me to allow it to be delivered then they would send me a return label. When I requested the return label they told me they do not take returns. Scammers!!!! Do NOT buy from them.

I bought boots for my son, who is now at war in Ukraine. After he wore them 4 times, the sole came off! The quality of the shoes is terrible! Boots are not worth the money. There is no return link with them. Moreover, they removed my review.

Just a warning to consumers: this company uses the cheapest, slowest, most unreliable shipping method possible. They ship to Fed Ex, to the US postal service. There is no way to easily drop off a late package (IE one that arrives after you already left on travel and needed the package before travel) for a return. Instead, you have to ask them for a return label, have a printer that prints in landscape or pay a Fed Ex location to print the label, and then DRIVE to a Fed Ex office to get the package sent back to this company. I did not even open the package, because it took longer than I had to receive it before travel and moving. I printed the label they emailed to me, and am now driving to a Fed Ex office location to hopefully return this package. The package was left outside so luckily, I got back early due to bad weather, or else someone could have picked the package up. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you have the time and ability to easily get USPS / postal service packages and know you will be home to get them.

I ordered a backpack from US Patriot Tactical and they immediately charged my credit card but I did not receive a shipping notice. I called and was told that the item was being shipped from the factory directly to me and to call back in a few days for shipping info. Since then all my many phone calls have been routed to a recording saying the number is not a working number. SCAM WEB SITE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! 10 days w/out processing my order while promising 1-2 days. Emailed twice and got 0 follow up from Customer service email and the 1-833 number has been taken offline. Called three locations in my state - none of those numbers worked. Ended up talking to a sales person in another state who said she can't even get customer service to talk to her. Called my bank to cancel the charge.

Now I realised why they deserve 1 star ratings Ordered 2 jackets from this store, got a confirmation email right away But no replies, shipment since 1 month has passed Asking their instagram, facebook, email support but no call backs No item received Simply, Do not buy from this store
