Buyer beware!!! This company can’t get a simple order right!!! Ordered 2 cold weather thermal sets before Christmas. Received the shirts no problem. Was told bottoms were on back order. Every two weeks, I’d get an email with delivery dates changing yet still no product delivered to me to this date. Customer service could care less about your issues nor will they try to rectify my issues. Do not order from this company!!!! Go elsewhere!!!

This company is nothing but a scam. Don't give them any money. It is a one way trip for your money. They are billing my charge card $47.00 a month even though they were asked and said they would stop. And the $47.00 is for NOTHING. Just a big scam.

The return policy is scummy. You will need to pay $10 for the return label fee; it is digitally generated through automation, same as Amazon's return label, but you have to pay $10 for it. I'm not sure who's idea it was to implement this, but adding extra fees for trying to return an unusable product is not how you keep returning customers.

I love this store, I go to the fort Campbell one in person. Never bought from them online so i wouldn't know. In person its a amazing store. Plenty of Crye Precision, Blue force gear, Ferro Concepts. The girls at the front desk are very helpful and kind. Ive got plenty of blue force gear and Tasmanian tiger from them along with 2 crye products. (combat top and pants)

The “gear” they sell is way too expensive for this veteran. They also give give give to Ukraine, but not one mention about our US homeless veterans. I recommend shopping elsewhere for gear. Plenty of other places for that

I ordered 2 sets of summer OCPS in June because I needed these before I deploy. I never worried about the dates because I had over 2 months for them to come in. I received 1/4 pieces of clothing I ordered two days after I placed the order. I called & asked where the others were & they told me it was on back order until July 17. July 17 shows up… nothing. I call again & now the date changed to July 31…. I call again today & I’m told it’s on back order until August 25. I can’t really trust that date anymore when they keep changing it & saying it’s on “back order”. I won’t have them for the time I intended & it’s been over 2 months. Very frustrating when I ordered these purposely a long time ago for this time. If you need clothing from this place, you’re better off just taking a day trip to your nearest US Patriot store & hoping they have what you need. And yes, just to let you know, when I placed the order it said in stock just like every other review says.

I knew it was going to be a wait before I purchased my boots. It’s plainly posted on the website. All these people who complain obviously have no patience. I got such a good deal on my boots that I would have been fine waiting twice as long as I did. Good service. They did exactly what they said they would. If you are nervous because there are so many bad reviews, don’t worry. You will get your order around the estimated date.
