Buyer Beware! I placed two orders. I cancelled one order. This is the response I received when I cancelled. Dear customer, A 10% handling charge will be charged if the order is canceled. Could you accept? Thank you. Best regards. Absolutely ridiculous for an order that hasn’t even been processed or shipped. Never again!

US PATRIOT CAMP HUMPREYS I WILL never return to this store again. The customer service was absolutely disgusting and extremely unprofessional. I’m not sure whether the woman who assisted me was the manager or a sales associate, but her behavior was completely unacceptable. She appeared to be intoxicated while I was trying to return my items, and the way she spoke to me and treated me as a customer was extremely disrespectful. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I am very disappointed with this experience, and I will definitely be filing a formal complaint regarding her behavior and the way I was treated. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

I'm glad this store is on Ft. Pickett. It suppliments the PX nicely, carrying items the PX doesn't have. This location is a must and I hope they get into a larger, more permanent hard structure on post. My main gripe is with USPT as a whole. I wish they would carry kit made by Spec-Ops, BlackHawk!, Tactical Tailor, and Propper. I get it, Condor and Rothco are "budget brands" that help keep the cost down and still function well. It would be nice to see some of the higher-quality stuff available too.

It’s a blessing to have this on Fort Pickett, they supplement what the PX doesn’t have. Out in the field and lost or missing something, pop in and get squared away. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

My husband keep checking the location for tanker boots, this place is the only place in town that can get them. The manager Tamerica stood on her word and got us everything we needed. She is always helpful and pleasant. Marlana is also a doll, she's helpful and a great talking too. I would always go here for my husband needs.
