Ordered items that were not shown backordered on the website. Recieved no confirmatory email at all. A week later, i emailed them and was informed of the backorder, which would be filled at the end of the week. More than two weeks later, still backordered so i cancelled the order. To their credit the order was cancelled same day and credited back within a week.

This company has been more trouble than they or *any* company is worth. I ordered a product months ago, that the website deemed to have been "in stock". A week later, I received an email telling me that the product that I ordered was on backorder. Now, about three months later, I still have not received my product. Neither have I received *ANY* assistance from the company. They have not responded to my emails, nor do they answer/return my phone calls. This is a terrible company. Stay away. The prices may be appealing, but the irritation and incompetence is not worth it!
