I ordered 2 pairs of pants from this US Patriot site. They sent one that was correctly in stock according to their site. The other pair went into a back-order status, assuming they never had it in stock at all. I called to get a refund, but instead they shipped the wrong pair of pants and now I have to wait to get the pants, in order to get me money refunded. Customer service is terrible also not having accurate information listed on their US PATRIOT WEBSITE. Never order from US Patriot website very unprofessional process to get refund from their mistake.

Ordered 2 shotgun shell holders, one green, one black. The shipped the first one ok but after a couple week my order was still in process on the other. They said it would ship by the end of the month. End of the month came and went no order or updates. About a week later my order was canceled. There were other issues but the short of it is I won't ever buy from them again.

Never ever again will I purchase anything from this company. They lied about receiving an item I returned for a week. When presented with proof that the item was returned they then changed their story about how long it was taking to “process” when I asked for a refund instead they said they were unable to because the “exchange process had been started” nothing but lies.

I’m a first time customer from the UK so was sceptical about ordering based on previous reviews (there were many reports of items not in stock and delays). Happy to report my summary is that USPT seems to have made a complete U-turn from what the 2021 era ratings suggest. The item was claimed to be in stock, was in stock, and was and dispatched within the estimated time frame (order placed 20/08/24 and shipped 23/08/24, but accounting for time differences between UK and US, it was on time). Item was shipped via fedex, making it easy to pay customs fees online before item arrived. Item arrived in a pristine box despite going through international transit! Can’t fault the service. Email updates to confirm order placed/processing, and to confirm order dispatched. Ordered a Crye Precision G3 field shirt and knew the correct sizing beforehand so was confident in sizing before placing the order. Would happily use USPT again.

I bought a pair of boots in store. The receipt has a 30 Day Comfort Guarantee on it that states you can return or exchange shoes or boots if you're not completely satisfied. I attempted to do this within 3 weeks of purchase. The boots are not in bad shape at all, you can't even tell they're worn. The associate wouldn't honor the 30 day guarantee. How do I know if the boots are comfortable if I don't wear them?? Make it make sense. He said "well we have to go by the 90 day policy of unworn items."

I purchased a pair of shoes for my wife. They were shipped out immediately. Upon receipt, they did not fit so they were returned. The return was received by them and a credit ticket was issued on June 12, 2024. As I did not get a credit on my credit card, I called on July 1, 2024, and they said they would investigate. On July 2, I get an email showing a credit slip for some other person and a note that it can take 2-10 days for the credit to come from my credit card. I contacted Amex after receipt of the email to dispute the charge.

Almost 3 months still no uniform or items that I bought for almost $500 for my military uniform this is a disgrace to our country and to our veterans do not spend money with this company they block my emails when I try to ask about where my stuff is very terrible communication and they just take your money and put everything on back order and you can't get anything back I've asked for refunds I can't get nothing I work hard to fit in my country and I work hard making my money and to have them just rip me off as a disgrace stay away run run run from this companyp0rn

Never buy anything from Uspatriottactical.com. I bought a brand new summer weight uniform, washed it one time before I wore it, and the Velcro patches pealed off. Called customer service, said they won’t refund or replace bc I washed it. So I was sent a defective uniform and they won’t do a single thing to meet me in the middle. In my opinion, this is poor customer service.
