I'm glad this store is on Ft. Pickett. It suppliments the PX nicely, carrying items the PX doesn't have. This location is a must and I hope they get into a larger, more permanent hard structure on post. My main gripe is with USPT as a whole. I wish they would carry kit made by Spec-Ops, BlackHawk!, Tactical Tailor, and Propper. I get it, Condor and Rothco are "budget brands" that help keep the cost down and still function well. It would be nice to see some of the higher-quality stuff available too.

My order was not in stock, but when I ordered it said it would ship when available. I did not get an estimated shipping date so I contacted customer service who responded quickly and gave me the tracking number because my order had already shipped. I had a great shipping experience, I just wish I would have received a shipping notice so I didn't have to contact customer service.

i had not read any reviews until today. 3 days ago I ordered a plate carrier off the website. No updates other than the original email confirming my order. I called once just only a day after placing the order only to find out that they hadn't even pulled my order. I put in 2 status order checks and so i finally get an update saying my orders out for delivery. I can’t say I've had a bad experience but from what i had read in other reviews, I will not be ordering online from them again, hopefully they sent me the right plate carrier in the right color!!! They do have walk in stores on military posts and off post(usually where i went when stations at Ft Stewart)
