I absolutely do not recommend shopping with this store. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. The quality of the product is questionable to say the least. It took exactly 4 weeks plus help from my bank to finally get a refund and have the brand new plastic tub picked up for return—despite their own return policy promises. I do not appreciate being lied to repeatedly by employees about pick up times and status. The logistics are terrible. The website claims items arrive in days but it takes weeks, and they won't provide tracking information. This was truly the worst shopping experience of my life. Do not buy from them and risk the huge hassle I endured. I deeply regret not going with a more reputable company with better customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Awful customer service! Promised free shipping wanted $1200 to ship 2 sinks that I waited a month for.

The shower bench is amazing. It took longer than expected to receive. Communicate was not the best. Because of the lateness I had to repay and lost the original discount.

Horrible service waited 2 weeks for items to ship had been on phone with them starting at 1 week as to why it hadn't shipped kept getting the run around and them telling me it's processing and give them few more days ea time i called they finally said it was going to ship waited few more days no tacking number then I called back they said problems with shipper to give them few more days to get new shipper not to mention they tried to take a payment from acct twice finally canceled order and got them to refund me my money but put me 2 weeks behind with my customers DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Sent a broken mirror and would not give a refund. Very unreasonable. Poor customer service go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible communication. Days and days between email responses and no responses from online chat. Shipping date was weeks after what was stated on the website for the item. Extremely hard to get a real person on the phone and even harder to get an answer to our questions. Do not recommend.

This site is a scam. Orders never arrive, customer support keeps telling you to 'wait 2 days' and they never give an update.
