Stay Away!! Bought a Bath Vanity on Black Friday. My order was confirmed and was supposed to ship in 3-5 buisness days, but after over 1 week I was told that they couldn't ship item due to damage and a third party could ship for and additional cost of $270, which they would cover 50%. What company sells a product and then charges additional money to ship? Take your buisness elsewhere

Where to start? I have never dealt with such a dishonest strategic company. Firstly I ordered $5000 on a vanity and top. The items said in stock and will be shipped in a few days. After a week I receive an email saying one of the products isn't available due to damages and will take 10-15 weeks. I called them and they said the other item is in stock and will ship it. No shipping confirmation. Multiple calls later they said they will send it out immediately. I received another email after that call today. Apparently this part was "damaged" also. Oh how lucky am I do get a 50% discount on third party shipping. My cost will only be $2000 YES $2000. I called to cancel and they said my account was never charged, yet I have proof and it was taken out the day I purchased online. I will be contacting the bank, Business Bureau and authorities as they charged $5000. This was their last email after over a week of promising to ship: SKU: H814971400109U, our warehouse team informed us that fulfillment of its shipment will not be possible because of some damages. We have reached out to our third-party warehouse. The good news is that they have the item in stock. However, there is an additional shipping cost due to the size, distance, and weight. The shipping cost is $4,080. As our valued customer, we are happy to cover 50% of the amount. So you only need to pay an additional $2,040 to ship the item. Order came late. Color wasn't exact as shown. Instruction wasn't the best.

Scam. Company dragged their feet on getting my items shipped. Finally I got an email stating that the items were only available at a different warehouse and now I needed to pay an additional $50 in shipping charges to get them. Apparently this happens with lots of orders. I regret giving them my credit card info and will dispute any charges.

I tried to place an order for $33 online and the shipping was $59.99 - that didn't seem right. It's an item that could fit in an envelope. I called and the less-than-helpful person who answered told me, "Take it or leave it." So I did...leave it. Don't shop here.
