The bath bench I ordered id very well made, sturdy, and beautiful. The delivery was timely. I am especially impressed and glad that there was an option for purchasing special cleaning products to keep my bench free from dirt mold and discoloration in the future.

Original order placed on February 23, 2023. Advised on February 28, 2023 that item would be on back order. Received order in mid April. There is a problem with the selector knob which I notified US Bath on the April 16, 2023. Was informed by staff that it was being positioned incorrectly. Not the case, provided photos of the improperly machined knob. As of April 24,2023, I have "NOT" had the problem resolved! Still wait for solution. I was willing to wait for the backorder to happen and delaying my project until delivery. Patiently waiting for US Bath to respond.

I needed a marble backsplash to match my vanity top. It was difficult to find. The first one they did not ship to me due to quality issue. They had to reorder. It was worth the wait it is beautiful and flawless.

Scam company do not buy from. Purchased products they said they had in stock should be delivered within week over a month later still have not shipped out overcharged credit card. Please avoid.

The product & shipping time was great, response was good but one piece was cancelled due to a back order yet it continues to be advertised as being available.
