US Bath Store supplied us three vanity sinks for a new house. They were priced very reasonably, packed carefully and shipped in a reasonable time.

The delivery was on time and the unit is great.

Horrible Experience. This company uses a terrible freight company - they dropped my mirrored cabinet in front of trash cans - no signature, not even a doorbell ring. When I contacted them about potential missing pieces, I had to email them repeatedly to get a response. Not timely customer service. I do not recommend them.

Ordered an electric sauna heater for a job. Got an email 9 days later saying the unit was not just out of stock, but discontinued. Contacted customer support who said they would have their sales team find an alternative unit in stock and email me the options that day. Never heard back, and the discontinued product page is still up taking orders. Atrocious business.

The US Bathstore team was always available when called, friendly, efficient, reliable and tracked the shipment all the way till it arrived at its destination. A huge Thank You to the US Bathstore Team.

Complete scam of a store. Site offers free shipping on orders over $300. Weeks after placing my order, they sent me an email saying the item was damaged and requesting an additional $80+ for shipping from another supplier (see 'Stay Away!' review below, seems to be a standard practice), saying that this was only half of their shipping cost for such a large item (which was simply a 20 pound, 3 foot square by 2 inch thick teak bath mat) and that I should be grateful that they were going to cover half the cost.

The product was beautiful and high quality. We are very pleased with our purchase! The only drawback for me was the the delivery company called and scheduled delivery for a Thursday in a 3-4 hour window, but they dropped it off two days early. I was supposed to make sure the product was correct and not damaged before I accepted it, but did t have the chance. Luckily everything was fine.
