Great price and quality on our bathroom vanity. Delivery was professional and fast.

We ordered a 6 foot by 2 foot mirrored cabinet. The price was what we expected and it was delivered on time in good condition.

Original product not in stock, agreed to wait 4 weeks for stock to arrive, received items another 4 weeks later by freight. Reviewed item and found they sent the wrong color vanity and only 1 faucet, immediately contacted for resolution. 10 days later, multiple emails, multiple phone calls and the pallet is still in my garage with no date for them to pick it up or issue my refund.

I love the straight forward approach that US Bath Store has with it's customers. I found what I wanted and it was the right price and was delivered when they said it would be! Unlike like other websites I tried to order from. Thanks for great products, prices and service! Will use again.

Little to no product knowledge to help support customers decision making in sauna heater/controller purchase. Due to this it cost considerable money to return something I wasn’t suppose to return and ended up having to rebuy… of course I bought from another company when I had to rebuy cause of the terrible experience

Great customer service. The communication on the order including delivery dates and details was top notch.

I ordered a mirror and a week later inquired about when it might ship. They said the shipping cost is now $150 more than the original invoice and did I still want the item. This after advertising the item was on sale. I plan to sue if they reneg on original price.

US Bath store has excellent customer service. Our initial order arrived broken and the team undertook to file a claim with the shipper; they asked us our wishes and we elected to try again. The second order arrived in pristine condition. From our first phone conversation to every subsequent email, everyone was cheerful and helpful. They sought to ascertain our happiness with our purchase from the beginning and worked to ensure that we were satisfied. We would definitely use them again!
