They took $85 dollars for a “no show appointment “ meanwhile they had me waiting for almost 1 hour, and receptionist told me that they needed to cancel my appointment since they had issues with my ins. ( I have 2 insurances active and approvals from both for my procedures ) it’s been 2 months and everybody agrees that my money needs to go back to my bank account but I haven’t received my money yet , after that they tried to take $400 without any proof or bill just an email stating “medical balance”worst medical billing department ever , I do have to say Dr. Glenn Faust is the best.

Went to an appointment and first thing is... I truly feel sorry for the Doctor as we have had our own health practice and it is clear that the Dr has bought into some kind of bad franchise or just works for them? The poor girl at the front desk, I knew from her body language... that the answering service doesn't reflect well on their business,(horrible communications) the location looked very low end, and they charge $300 for the first consultation which is NOT customary in the business. Would NEVER recommend and wish companies could actually get back to caring about patients... but until we ALL begin to take responsibility for our own business, lively hood and our own health…and get back to the basics of great service and knowledge, these bad places will always exist! We should ALL begin to demand caring good service and look until we find it. The dollar is the only thing that speaks to companies like this so chose well and do your research for quality.

This company and its employees have no idea idea what they are doing and they don’t even seem to care. The billing department is incredibly hard to get in touch with and if you are successful they provide absolutely no resolution and offer no insight. I was just charged 400$ randomly to my credit card yesterday with NO warning. I never signed any auto debit confirmation at any point since I started treatment with them in April 2022 and I’ve read this happening with other clients so this company is distrustful. Also, my treatments and insurance payments/my co payments etc have been settled since 5/2022 so this is a fraudulent charge. After this charge is no longer pending I will be immediately disputing with my credit card company and then blocking this company access to my account. Additionally, they charged me TWICE for the same treatment that I paid my balance for just days before that. They admitted to it being a mistake over the phone back in 5/2022 and said I would get a refund but never provided any timeline or proof of billing. So it’s been almost 3 months and I periodically call (if I can even get through) and ask about the status and I never get a response. Make no sense how is this company operating? I have called their numbers, emailed multiple people in their billing department including: wecare and patientbilling and support at usaveinclinics.com with no response or resolution. What the hell else am I supposed to do. I guess I’ll be reporting to both my credit card company and BBB next. Save yourself the hassle and get venous service elsewhere this business is corrupt.

I would give them 0 stars. I had an initial consultation in the Morgantown WV office. They didn’t want to take a check for my insurance co-pay insisting on a credit card payment. Now I know why. After paying my co-payment and the balance due after insurance they have taken the liberty two months later to charge $400 to my credit card with no explanation and no bill. I contacted my insurance company and they said no other claims had been filed by USA veins. Contacted USA vein billing department after getting the run around to be told that it is “glitch in their billing system” and that they would send info to their Supervisor and get a credit initiated within 1-2 days. If this does not happen I will be dispute this charge as well change my credit card because they seem to just bill people whatever amount they want for whatever reason. This is totally unacceptable and I am Amazed they are still in business. I’m going to file BBB complaint as well as report them to the attorney generals office.

I visited the Hialeah location in Miami-Dade county back in March for a leg evaluation. The doctor was very nice and honest with the treatment plan, where it wasnt needed and not recommended due to prior medical issue. I dont remember doing an appointment, but boneless I received a text message: Reply 'Y' to confirm your appointment with Dr Duran at USA Clinics Group on Jun 23rd, 10:39 AM at 7100 W 20th Ave Ste 412, Hialeah. We look forward to seeing you. I never replied and today I was charged 75 dollars for not going to the appointment. I was on the phone closevto an hour trying to dispute the charge. Carlos ( manager) with billing responded very rudely that I had not called to cancel and I had given permission to charge my account for missing an appointment. I'm disputing the unauthorized charge and WARNING all STAY AWAY!

I was evaluated to have a procedure the staff in the clinic was excellent. The coordination for the procedure was poor. First no one called me I had to call them to make sure insurance and the appt. Was going to happen. You speak with someone from a call center so they are not connected to your case so you are bounced around. The day before the procedure when I am expecting a call letting me know what to do I got a call from the billing dept telling me the doctor is not taking my insurance and I have to come up with 5000$ to have the procedure. This is after being told my insurance covers the procedure. This is after I adjusted my work schedule. The person was not understanding telling me I have to just accept it. I had to ask if there is a doctor that takes my insurance which they have I then asked to be moved to him. Their system seems like one dept don't know what the other is doing and there is a huge disconnect with the pt.

I have been attending this clinic at 2157 White Plains Road, Bronx, NY for several months now. I get these injections, that I have not seen any improvement in my legs, my right continues to swell. When I question the Dr. Patterson, he is unable to provide any proper answers. Also they are auto-deducting payments from my debit card without my authorization. When I call to speak to billing, unable to do so, stay on phone for hours, they constantly cut off call. Very frustrating, I will be filling a complaint with the AG office.

If I could, I would give them -5 stars. I went for a consultation and paid my copay with a debit card. They did a test in my legs and I saw the doctor. He discussed a treatment plan, I made my next appointment and left. I did not sign any papers authorizing them to debit my account again. I am on Social Security and have to budget carefully each month. They took money from my account without notifying me and now I am overdrawn. I called and they said I had signed a statement allowing them to do this. I signed nothing. I called and the billing department was very rude. I asked why they didn't notify me what the charge was and that they were taking it from my account. They told me they are a paperless company and do not send out bills. I have read some other reviews where the people said they were billed. Are they paperless or not? It is a big SCAM to take advantage of the elderly and rob us of what little we have.
