They took my debit card and I paid each time I was there. The girl took my debit card then charged my card after I left the office. DO NOT use these places. They keep you coming back forever to get the insurance too. Going for 4 months and they keep telling me I need more and more shots. They are scamming people.

The whole experience was bad first I have a big scar from the needle the Dr. Used to insert microcosm. Never explained to me how it works. 2.the stocking was put on incorrectly and I have a big blister on top on instep. I would never go back I went there before when it was called the circulatory center.

Valley village location should close. Is Kulmar a real doctor? Feels like a mental patient stole a lab coat. He's so rude and out of touch, he's lost, He can't see (he says he can't examine you have to show him where you have spider veins!). The absolute worse experience I've had ever! He is like the equipment, sub-par and tired. Don't go! All the bad reviews are for him.

Zero stars..Went 1st time for ultrasound which took about 1 hour and 30 min,after that they put me in another room to meet the doctor. He came in the room hurried for next patient "explained" very quick that he is the best and will do right leg and how long rhe procedure will be quick nor the left one could wait 10 years or so and send me to front desk for pricing. Front desk girl sent me a screenshot with all the procedures which i didn't understand and had a total price only which was $3500 for 1 leg. No explanation when i should do those procedures, should i take/avoid meds,nothing. I said I'm shopping for a price and that price was too much for 1 leg only since I'm self paying. She told me to call billing department. I called at least 10 different people from billing department. Every person was saying something different. They said that price was for both legs - 1 laser treatment and 2 injections and follow ups. Then they told me will split the payment for up to 3 months starting from the first procedure. So i asked "for example if i do the 1st one in November i have time to pay until the end of January, 2021,right?".They said yes that's true. I asked them to email me documentation stating everything we spoke,of course no one sent me..I went today for a 1st procedure which was laser treatment, i waited at least 20 min because front desk was too busy along with 5 more people in the waiting room..When she asked me to come inside she said "ok you can pay $2500 so we can start" 🧐 She called some manager and said that they don't know who said that,even that they recorded all the call,asked me if I know names,i knew only 2 names and 2 extensions so they can track them.. No communication no customer service, nothing..

I went for a 10 a.m. appointment, the front desk took my information, after 20 minutes I went into an exam room and told I was next, after 30 mins I asked if they forgot I was in there and told i wasn't just give them a few minutes, I went back after an additional 20 minutes she said couple more mins, at 11.20 a.m I told her I would leave because I saw people coming in after I got there leaving and no one was even acknowledging that i was there, she simply said o.k., never tried to give any opportunity to make it right, they are unprofessional

If I could give it zero I would. Staff is unprofessional and the call center is even worse. They are out to take your money as soon as they're able to. I've been going there 11 months now and it has been a complete joke. I will not be returning. In the beginning they told me that they took my insurance and it was in network. I found out after that it was not in network but they would still take it, and that they would adjust it accordingly. Here I am 11 months into it and they still haven't adjusted my account. I "owe them" $7,000, Even though when I started there I signed a paper stating my estimated cost out of pocket should be $0. I checked my bank account 2 days ago and they overdrew $580 without my permission. No email, call or letter in the mail saying they were taking it out on that date. So I called them and after being on the phone for HOURS, they tell me that the card I used on file ONE TIME last year is what they are using again and that they had permission because of the terms and agreement. I explained to them that we are in the middle of a pandemic and I am not working. I'm fighting this to the end. They will never get another damn dime from me!

Enjoyed every minute there. Very professional doctors, nice staff, very attentive and caring. Main thing: insurance covered everything, and now I finally don't have this feeling of swelling and heaviness in my legs. Finally!
