Motive for attending: I had 1 vein on the back of my LEFT leg that I had mild pain after air-travel and it was unsightly. You are "required" to attend for several ultrasounds (which seems like a nice way to keep charging a copay and billing the insurance). Appointment wait times were on several occasions over an hour past the booked time (on several occasions I was told this was due to being short-staffed, which isn't anyone's problem but theirs, but apparently keeping a waiting room full of people hanging around is acceptable.) My RIGHT leg was operated on first - almost without my consultation, I was literally on the operating table when they told me... Finally months later after 1 surgery on my LEFT leg, another was scheduled. The same doctor as had previously operated on me twice before started then asked if I had had surgery for this vein previously. When I told him he had, there was a scramble to hide their obvious lack of notation and notes reading. A 3rd surgery was scheduled. After several last minute cancellations (once at Christmas when the Doctor just decided that morning not to show up) and much waiting I opted to never return. I was then chased by the billing team for medical costs. I pointed out how terrible the service had been, I was offered a small discount if I just paid the bill in full rather that battling them. I contacted my Insurance provider who said that all of the companies who they recommend are of the highest standard and there was nothing they would do to assist me. So I still have an unsightly vein on the back of my leg. I have much more pain than I had before I started this process. I occasionally consider my options to pursue a resolution elsewhere by have been very much turned against what should have been a simple routine surgery.

I had an appointment in Morgantown, WV on June 30, 2021 and 25 minutes before the appointment they called and told me the doctor had a family emergency and my appointment was cancelled, I drove 2 hours and was 10 minutes away. I rescheduled for the following Wednesday July 7,2021 and was told I would be having my initial consult and an ultrasound. I arrive to my 10:00 appointment and no one is in the front office or waiting room. I wait 12 minutes and then walk behind the “employee only” door and see no one. I walk further down the hall and see a girl who is apologizing and tells me they were doing a procedure. It was only her and the doctor! She told me the ultrasound tech wasn’t in that day even though I was told by corporate I would be getting an ultrasound. I wasted another 2 hour drive. Very sketchy and unprofessional. The fact that you can’t talk to someone locally in the office is not a good thing and you must go through their corporate office. They call from different numbers that aren’t local and want your information which is just sketchy. I would never recommend USA Veins, ever! Awful experience.

They removed all my spider veins and took care of the ones I couldn't see! My legs look great now. Would highly recommend!

The staff were great!!! The front office staff seemed to change often. The care I received was adequate. Totally satisfied with the injections for the spider veins. My legs feel 100 percent better.

The office is immaculate, wonderful staff and the Dr is awesome. The staff was friendly and professional. Each appt my anxiety was up and they quickly calmed me down. I'm happy with the progress of my legs in which there was lots of work to be done. Can't wait until the summer to put on my shorts for the first time. I would recommend USA Vein Clinics.

Essentially pain-free solution to my leg swelling issues. A little discomfort several times but easy to endure. Great results.
