Well, it happened to me again. My third trip over to this office and did not get my follow-up x-ray. The woman at the desk (who was very kind and trying her best to deal with this mess) said they had me down for today, not Tuesday. Even after I had a text that confirmed my Tuesday appointment and talked to Melvin at USA Vein Clinics call center on Monday who also confirmed my Tuesday appointment. And that my insurance information had been verified. The problem seems to be, if you are not in their system the day of your appointment, they have to take your driver's license and insurance card AGAIN to verify your insurance before you can see a doctor. And this can take 2 or more hours. Who has time for this non-sense? This was the FIFTH TIME that I have given USA Vein Clinics my insurance information. Even though Vein Clinics of America already had it and did my procedure before the lousy USA Vein Clinics took over. I would just like to add, while I was at the office yesterday, three other patients came in with scheduled appointments who were turned away because they weren't in the system. I have had enough. I walked out with my records and I will never return. I called another vein specialist medical facility in the area who will finish up with what Vein Clinics of America started. I wish I could give USA Vein Clinics a negative 4 star review but you have to leave one star in order to post. WORST COMPANY EVER!

I am guessing because they are a national practice with "local"offices, no one is on the same page. After calling and cancelling my procedure, I continued to receive calls and texts about appointment reminders. I spoke both with someone at the 800 number and then heard from someone at the local office. I cancelled all appointments multiple times and still receiving reminders. After one of the cancelled appointments, I received an email that I was being charged $250 for a no show. Of the 6 appointments I cancelled, I get this notice for one of these appointments with this crazy charge. This practice's inability to have a seamless working relationship with the local practices is not my problem. Decided after this poor interaction that I wouldn't be moving forward with any treatment at this clinic.

Zero stars. DO NOT...I repeat... DO NOT seek any vein consultations or treatments with USA clinics!!! I started treatment with Vein Clinics of America with no issues and midway through treatment they were bought out by USA Vein Clinics and everything went downhill. USA Vein Clinics came in and fired half the doctors and technicians, leaving all the clinics short staffed (or closed altogether) and forcing patients to reschedule all appointments. I had 7 appointments scheduled through end of December and all had to be canceled due to no staff (because USA fired them). They also disconnected ALL the direct phone lines to the local doctors offices. You can only speak to the call center and they WILL NOT ALLOW PATIENTS TO SPEAK TO YOUR DOCTOR OR YOUR DOCTORS OFFICE...EVER. If you have a complication after your treatment, you're on your own. They are also now trying to force the doctors to do the ablation treatments SOLO - without an ultrasound tech to assist. All so they can continue to make billions in profits without any concern for the patients or their wellbeing. Run far away!!!! Call a reputable vascular surgeon/physician. This place is a waste of time. They should have their business license taken away. You see they haven't responded to any of these reviews with anything besides their token answer of "we'reworking on it" but "email us your complaint". Any attorneys reading this....here's a great opportunity to initiate a class action lawsuit against USA Vein Clinics. Sign me up!

I 100% echo this review below of another person! Not functioning institution! Run away before you start any form of treatment with them. You will end up in ER or looking for a real doctor. Whoever took over Vein Clinics of America and it’s a disaster. No communication, no one is working, no one knows what’s going on. They cancel appointments without any notifications. They will charge you $85 if you cancel, but the problem is they cancel on you without calling, texting or emailing. You can’t call the clinic directly, you must call their main office and this is a disaster. No one knows anything. You will show up to a closed doors. Do not go to any surgery because you will NOT have any follow ups. If you try to call any number, you will have a clueless person with an attitude transferring you to the next. In addition, personally I have had 3/4 last procedures where I have shown up with a note on the door that says "Office Closed" without any prior notification. The number you have to call to talk to anyone is clueless. After multiple attempts over the past month I have still never had their billing office get back in touch with me. They have taken my insurance money as I have now met my out-of-pocket maximum and cannot actually go to any appointments because no staff is available. In addition to my insurance money, I have paid out-of-pocket for cosmetic sclerotherapy (a bundle for cost-savings) and am unable to use them. They have totally scammed me & my insurance & potentially put my life in danger after a procedure when I was suppose to follow up for a deep scan of my legs. I showed up to that appointment but the office was closed. My leg was swollen & painful & the office was closed - cancelling my appointment without any notification. They don't even follow their own protocols and put me at risk of a DVT that could have traveled to my lungs or brain. I told this to the transferring service and she had no idea what I was talking about.

Zero stars Update to previous post. Because of the total ineptness of the corporation and lack of customer service (not being allowed to speak directly to my center) I have cancelled the 9 appointments I had scheduled. This company is awful. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to them.

same experience as previous reviewer. they merged with vein clinics of america and closed the location with no notice and never contacted me. also would not admit location was closed although i was standing at the closed office on the phone with them. Not a worthy company!!!

ZERO STARS! This unprofessional company closed the doors in the Kansas City office and did not bother to call patients!!! My entire vein process was mapped out from October to December 31, on my 2022 deductible and they pulled the rug out without so much as a phone call or email. AND the people who answer the phone BARELY speak English. Would not take a dog to these folks!
