Do nOt Go there! They will m ake you wait for HOURS!!! The customer service when I was booking an appointment told me I lkl be there for 15 min utes, I was there 2,5 hours!!!! Then they said they are not gonna do anything today!!! I purchased a Groupon, and it included 2 injections. Which I insisted they did. Becasue at the beginning they made me do some unnecessary vein test, which I di d not want. I came for the cosmetic purcposes. They said it is included in your Groupon. Finally when the doctor did the injections, he said the small spider veins won't return. I had very small spider veins in a couple of places. It became worse after their injections, and definitely did not disappear. After 2 months I am receiving a bill from them for $350!!!! This is preposterous. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! Not professional scambags.

Very dangerous place!!! Run!! Do not trust this company!!! They should be under the jail !! Illegal practices!!

I visited USA Vein Clinic in Bethpage, NY. I called prior to see if they accepted my insurance and they said yes. The day of my appointment i asked, prior to going in, is there a copayment or will i be charged in any way? They respnded with a clear, no! To my surprise i received a bill for over 1,000 dollars, stating the doctor was ," out of network". The is a scam and absolute lie. I would never use, recommend or hold them as a credible facility. Stay clear and look for a professional.

Minus Zero rating. Big scammers. Without my consent, they recorded my debit card info when I gave them to take my copayment. Told me I needed 5 surgeries. Scheduled those surgeries, then they called and rescheduled all the surgeries. Then they charged my debit card $250 for a no show. Still have not gotten back my money. I cancelled all surgeries and went to another reputable vein clinic. There, surgeon told me that I do not have a vascular problem, didn't need surgery and that they have been doing a lot of repair work on ex USA Vein Clinic patients.

I am an experienced healthcare provider. Would NOT recommend. The clinical staff are good, rapid procedure pace. But be warned the billing office is awful, making multiple calls and multiple charges. They made multiple unauthorized charges to my credit card without billing and don’t communicate with insurance to clarify at all. I had to do a conference call to my insurance to clear up the problem. I don’t know how anyone would call if they had complications or questions. No ability to handle clinical queries.

I had all the symptoms you see on the TV ads, 6 years ago. They did fantastic work that is 100% unchanged in 6-7 yeats. I even had a blood clot. Today 2021, my lega look like they did when I ran 10 miles everyday (my 30's). Now i'm 70 with excellent legs. Male.

I received a treatment plan for 5 procedures. The insurance company specified that the procedures be combined, which the doctor did not do, resulting in the denial of a procedure and incomplete treatment plan. The doctor’s office said they would appeal the denial, which they never did. Unable to get a straight answer from anyone.
