USA Vein Clinics is completely worthless!!! I have tried to reach their office for medical issues and appointment issues for a week and a half now and no one will do anything to help me. Every single agent can only take your name and number and tell you someone will call you back, which they NEVER DO!!! What is the point of having call agents that can't do anything to assist you to get you through to a nurse or scheduler???? Now I am going to have to find a new clinic so I can actually get treated. Don't waste your time here. They won't help you or treat you. (In response to the comment below) After calling 8 times and waiting 2 weeks for someone to contact me back, I will not be wasting my time emailing to try to get in touch with someone too. I have already transferred to Sun Vein & Vascular since no one could bother to contact me.

USA Vein Clinics en Forest Hill, queens boulevard, new york city, the staff is unprofessional, they are always poorly educated young women without any kind of attention to patients, badly spoken, the patients must wait up to 3 hours between the waiting room and the room where they put you to wear short pant, many times I park where there are meters and I have already had to pay 2 fines . They are terrible with customer service and with the coordination of the time between patients and that they are a private clinic, but the only thing that matters to them is your money, cutomer service is lousy and they don't care about the treament of patients, they don't care if you feel comfortable and never knowm nothing when you ask question.

As a health care professional this place seems more concerned about payments then people with health issues, had an initial appointment for a serious issue I may be having with arteries, insurance wasn't checked prior to the appointment, back and forth with their benefits and eligibility dept, only to be told I needed to be rescheduled for next week. When I took time off of work today for this appointment. Unprofessional, terrible call center. Will not go back here.

Billing multiple times randomly without warning to card that was use for the initial co-pay.without consent.no billing statements.no calls.billing staff wound just bounced us around telling us is their billing system errors and we’re not the only ones effect it.with no doubt this is the worst experience we ever had to deal with.and we’ll definitely never visit this clinic again.

I have been very pleased with the procedures that were done on my legs. The staff were all very professional, friendly and the quality of work was excellent. I want to commend USA Vein Clinics because I had an issue with the billing/insurance departments. It was cleared up to my satisfaction.

This is the worst billing department I have ever worked with in my life. Initially was given a ballpark estimate for all my procedures at around $12,000 (less than $2000 per procedure) and was told my insurance would cover them. Instead they began billing my insurance as much as $18-19,000 per procedure. I assume this is to make sure they get as much money from the insurance company as possible and has nothing to do with what procedures actually cost. I also looked up the going rate for the procedures and they should run $1800-$3500 in Seattle). My insurance covered part but then USA Veins billed me for $64,000. They began harassing phone calls multiple times some days starting at 6:00 AM. I was finally able to negotiate my bill down to a reasonable number and sent them a check for the full amount. They continued to call and harass- asked me to stop payment and pay by credit card. Seems like their collection staff get commission on each payment they collect. Then they charged my card after I had sent them, in writing, notice they they did not have permission to charge the card. I refused the final two treatments because I have no idea what they would try to charge me, finally stopped payment on check and just paid balance on-line so that I can hopefully get this company out of my life forever. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

BEWARE!!! Firstly, I was told procedure would be covered after asking before consultation. Afterwards, I was billed because they said the practicing physician was out of network. Any other medical office lets you know this right away, and I wouldn't be so upset if I didn't ask upfront. Secondly, every appointment I went to I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen, and another time I was asked to return because they were so backed up. My estimate cost of treatment was $2500 on 12/27/21. Then I was quoted $3200 by technician on 1/24 and I told her I was not interested because that was way too much. She left the room and came back and said I would only be responsible for roughly $1200. I agreed and gave her my card for a $500 payment. She left the room with my card for several minutes and then returned and said I was all set. A week later I get a bill for $18,000!!! I almost had a heart attack!! I went right to the office and was reassured that was not the case. I said I will not proceed with treatments and the office manager phoned billing and spoke with Jose Reyes and he told her that patient responsibility would be $2412.68. They signed and dated statement at office for me. Month's later, August 31, I get an unauthorized charge to my card for $400. I am paid in full!!! I have attempted to phone billing for 3 months and get placed on hold for almost an hour every time and end up hanging up. I have emailed copies of my paperwork 3 times and get no response. Now I am disputing this which is taking up a lot of time and is very frustrating. 9/1 and 9/2, I have called 5 times and placed on hold for excessive lengths of time and had to hang up. Finally, 10:06 am I got a call back just to be told I would be getting a call back later. I have one day off and this is how I have to spend it. Let's see if they call back!!

This company is unprofessional, I really don’t know what kind of training they give their employees but it’s horrible, the Valley Stream office have a bunch of employees that appear to have been picked up off the street, you can’t call the office due to the call is linked up to the corporate office which never knows anything, I left an exspensive piece of jewelry in the changing area and when I got home immediately called to inform them had to go through the Illinois office they had to send a message via electronic device and wait for response, they found my jewelry and stated it would be securely put in envelope at front desk for me to pick up with id, make appt to pick up then receive a message office would be closed (Friday) but I can come on Sunday, I check online office is closed fri,sat, sun and mon, I come early tues morning to be told they can’t find it and that it’s probably in the garbage, just like that with no kind of compassion , I’ve called and made several complaints and was told someone would call me back and still it’s been 2 weeks and no phone call, I told them to cancel all my scheduled appts I can’t let someone treat my veins if they can’t secure my jewelry. Horrible place!
