The poor level of customer service has been shocking. When my local office was Vein Clinics of America and I could call them directly, customer service was good. Since they were bought out by USA Vein, I have called and emailed no less than 10 times since September trying to get communication to and from my local office. After three months of trying unsuccessfully to get help, I guess I have no choice but to start over with another provider.

While the procedures went very well, the new telephone service is TERRIBLE! I called four times to talk to my doctor with concerns about pain and maybe a blood clot 2.5 months after the treatment, and was told one time I would get a call from Dr. Sonde and never heard, and four more times that I would be transferred but the phone went dead. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!

They canceled my November 10th, 2022 appointment with no explanation. Every time I call to reschedule I get excuses on why I can’t get a new appointment. They had great customer service when they were Vein Clinics of America…since the merger their customer service/scheduling department us poor at best. Leaves patients that are in the middle of their treatment program in a horrible situation.

USA vein clinic bought out Vein Clinics of America. From the start, the experience has been horrible. The previous staff of VCA was amazing and the provider was excellent. Now, a patient is no longer able to reach anyone directly at the clinic. It all goes through a call center which I'm certain is located in another country. No one knows anything at the call center regarding already scheduled appointments. They randomly cancelled my appointments without notification. Have closed the clinic numerous days a week, even cancelling appt's the day of since there is no staff to provide care. This place is extremely unorganized and does not give a patient any confidence in their ability to provide good care. I am in healthcare and based on the experience so far and the way that USA Vein clinics runs their organization, I've cancelled all appointments. I'm just glad I was able to see this prior to getting my treatment started. Do not go to this place for any care or treatment.

Ever since USA Vein Clinics took over Vein Clinics of America, my experience has been absolutely horrendous. You can no longer book appts with the office, you have to call the call center and wait forever for someone who doesn't speak clear English and doesn't always understand what you need to make an appt for. Twice I've made appts only to show up to the clinic and my appt was not on their schedule. I had a appt today for follow up injections, only to arrive at 8:30am and be told they didn't have an Ultrasound tech. Apparently the tech was just told that morning that she needed to go to The Woodlands office from Dallas, a 4 hour drive! I do not place any blame on my doc or his office staff as they are at the mercy of the Corporate operation. If not for the fact I'd have to start all over at a new clinic I would kiss this clinic good bye. Get it together USA Vein Clinic. I will not hesitate to warn anyone I know to stay away from your facility.

I am shocked that this company manages to exist, given their incredibly bad telephone customer service. I made an appt, but the company was unable to tell me whether my insurance would be accepted, and instead put me on hold for 30 minutes while passing me back-and-forth to 4 other csr's. At least during this time period I have been able to read every review about the company on TrustPilot, and thus I feel completely comfortable in cancelling my appt and leaving this review. Bottom line--I would not trust this company to provide medical care for me or for any of my loved ones.

To all those out there who are planning on having a Uterine Fibroid Embolization,any surgery or procedure because my wife died so think twice. My Wife had this procedure done by Dr Samuel December 30th 2021. January 1st 2022 she contacted him by via text complaining that her stomach,back,both legs and even the incision area feels like they are on fire and that she is in a lot of pain. He asked a few questions and agreed to send a prescription over to Publix. Tuesday January 4th my Wife reached out to Dr Samuel again by via text and told him that night her leg began swelling and that morning mucus kept draining from the incision area is this normal, He said no that isn’t normal. I’m OFF this week but I think you should go in to have them ultrasound your groin area. January 6th she texted him again saying i guess this is why you don’t want to call it a surgery so you don’t have to check or show anymore concern for your patient. This is such lousy service on your part. Dr Samuel replied:That is completely unfair. I am interacting with you directly during my WEEK OF VACATION in an attempt to help you. I asked you to go in to get checked, did you not do that. My Wife reply YES I have made 2 trips to the ER because the incision wound is bleeding out of control and I don’t know what else to do you need to fix this. The Dr’s at the hospital had a code red with my Wife trying their best to stop the bleeding and while’s in the ER one of the Doctors said out loud in an angry voice ( The Doctor who started this F*** needs to come and fix it. Dr Samuel NEVER ONCE came to the hospital to see my Wife and as a result my wife passed away because he caused damage to her artery.

I had the procedure done on November 11th 2022 I just love the way they are taking their time from explaining to me how everything will be done to the administrative part. , the ultrasound, up to the procedure, I had asked a lot of questions because it's my first time going through this, and all my questions have been answered and everything worked out the same way they explained it to me ,even better then i had expected because I'm usually nervous going to the doctor's office I felt so comfortable first time in my life going to the clinic I had a great experience and I will do it again and again doctors and staff members are all'(GREAT' ) just excellent !!!
