I watched few videos on YouTube to familiarize myself with the proper use of the stove and oven since the manual wasn’t clear by all means. The ticking when the nob is turned is load and doesn’t feel right. I still couldn’t set the center burner to full flame!

Unit arrived needing repair with a bad gasket from the refrigerated space to the freezing compartment to the icemaker. Typically, a minor issue. Took many calls to vender (Master’s Wholesale) with no action for several weeks. I then registered directly with Bertazzoni and things began moving but, it’s still not fixed and it’s going on a month. The last message was that a part was being sent to my house and I needed to contact a repair service to set up an installation appt. It’s a beautiful refrigerator but warranty repair service has been totally ineffective, so far. More to come, I’m sure. However, I would like to add that the refrigerator is very pretty in the kitchen but we are fortunate to have a back-up unit in the garage. Since the last review, Helen Chow Adams from Bertazzoni has been in contact and has been very attentive in providing updates and information. The necessary repair part should arrive, today, and I will attempt to contact the repair service for and appointment and will keep Helen informed of the progress. The refrigerator has not yet been repaired but Helen Chow Adams is doing and excellent job of client service! Thank you, Helen

Temperature gauge which does not work, will not honor their warranty. Was told to purchase thermometer (Amazon about $7.00) however the range purchased was $6,000.00!

The range was exactly as advertised. Have been using for about a week. Everything works brilliantly and the looks are impressive.

We have 2 Bertazzoni ovens at our house. We ran a self-clean cycle on both of them for the first time. On one, the thermostat broke due to the high temperature and we had to take the whole oven out to replace the thermostat. On the other one, the entire glass door completely shattered during the cycle due to the high heat. We followed all instructions properly for the self-clean cycle and still had these issues. Really disappointing. Also, I called Bertazzoni for help and they wouldn't even talk to me. They told me to call a third party for service. I explained that I bought the new glass for the door and just needed to know which way to face the glass (if it's installed backwards it can shatter...which is probably why it happened the first time when it was installed at the factory). They wouldn't even answer my question and made me call a third party service contractor. Ridiculous. UPDATE to reply to Bertazzoni: Both ovens were purchased in 2023. We are just outside of the manufacturer's warranty at this point so I purchased the replacement parts myself. I don't feel that we were at fault and feel that Bertazzoni should have owned responsibility as a defect to their self-clean function but regardless, we paid for these parts ourselves.

The range lacks self-cleaning. Takes a lot of effort to start the oven with no indicator if the oven has started. Aesthetics wise it looks great but less on usability.

I dont like Trustpilot cookies.

Bought a Bertazzoni microwave recently. It works well. It’s quiet under normal operation. It looks nice. It wasn’t too expensive. And when I emailed customer support with a couple of questions, their initial response was very fast. But of course you pay a price for that nice-looking Italian design, and not entirely in dollars. Because the door of the microwave has no handle – which, again, does work aesthetically – the whole front face is now the door. It's a 30” microwave, so the door is 30” wide. In actual use, this turns out to be cumbersome. Feels like dodging a windmill blade every time we use the microwave. And those initially responsive customer service people ended up ghosting us. One of my questions to them was about a noise the microwave was making sometimes, and whether it was normal; they asked for a video; I sent it; they just stopped responding. None of this is quite bothersome enough to go through the whole rigamarole of uninstalling this microwave, exchanging it, and installing a new one – especially as we don’t expect to own this thing indefinitely. That almost makes things worse because we’re now going to live with these minor annoyances for a while. I guess there are far worse problems to have…
