We spend money on so many things because they make our lives easier or more convenient without thinking about it. While these inserts may seem pricey, you only get one spine. I've had back and neck trouble for most my life due to an injury and i work on my feet. These inserts truly changed the way i move through the world. It took about 2-3 weeks of my back aching and being sore from adjusting, but once it settled i can say i came back for more because it improved my quality of life so severely. If you have flat feet, bad posture, or back and neck pain; these can only help you course correct. Don't wait like i did.

I am retired Military. Tricare sent me to a network Podiatrist for my Plantar Fasciitis. The Podiatrist refused to prescribe orthotics, stating my insurance didn't cover them. I found Bilt Labs online and they did their measurements the same as the VA; so I ordered their kit and bought multiple custom orthotics at a very reasonable price. Problem solved, and no surgery as the Podiatrist was planning.
